Très bon accueil. Chambre fonctionnelle. La cloche dans l'église en face de l'hôtel ne sonne pas la nuit. Les chambres étaient propres. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon. Les quelques 400 mètres d'altitude en plus par rapport aux rives du lac de Lugano permettent une certaine fraîcheur en plein été. Le repas du soir est "délégué" au restaurant de la Poste situé à quelques pas du Belcantone et qui bénéficie de places de parc. Possibilité de garer juste devant la porte pour décharger les baggages.
