馬琳伍德套房酒店(Marinwood Inn & Suites)

The front desk manager was really unfriendly and acted as if he was doing us a favor. The room offers absolutely nothing extra (soaps, shampoo, etc., as cheap as they come and not enough for two people for a two night stay.) the tub faucet was coming off the wall, the shower curtain was cloth with no liner so the floor got wet when you took a shower and the tv remote was from the 80s with zero channels available. And the pillows! Omg! The pillows felt like balls of rolled up socks in a pillow case! Worst I’ve ever slept on…lol! Wow! t's a place to stay in the midst of a desperate search of not being able to find anything else.

Our fourth time staying here at Marinwood Inn and Suites, and we love it as much as ever. It is and will be our go-to when we visit family in the area and we recommend it to everyone who asks where to stay in the north Bay Area We love the executive suites, they are roomy and have a full kitchen. Be sure to bring your own cooking and serving utencils.

It was clean enoughn eventhough there was long hair in the shower and a previous fuess left his shirt in the closet. I could handle that, but what made me decided to never go back is the way the owners treated me. Very rude even after i tried to respectfully voice my opinion. I even called to do so and he hung up on me... twice. I pray no one ever has an issue with them because you will be denied the proper service.

The owner was sleeping on the couch in the lobby upon my arrival. He asked for my credit card and said I need to pay a $5 booking charge. I told him if there was an additional booking charge that ******* would have collected it. The room was a total dump; gross carpets, mildew in bathroom. The beds were fine.

Checkin and out was quick and the cleaning crew in general were friendly. But the property has broken stuff and the carpet in my room was musty and dirty the bed was ripped and the door had no deadbolt. Breakfast was all bread and cereal the milk was sour. Sorry i know it is a cheap price but im sure that we could atleast present to the guest with some dignity. Also i did not feel safe up in my room at night it was creepy i felt like someone would come in during my sleep.

I booked this room on. ******* and showed up around midnight to check in after driving all day. The front office was closed with no one to check us in. I called the hotels number and heard it ring in the office not redirected to someone who could help us after hours. I had to get a different hotel across town. When I called for a refund the person who answered rudely said I need to take it up with ******* and hung up on me. I would suggest no one stay here with the rude staff that doesn’t even stay open late enough to check people in at night despite processing payment for rooms they don’t rent.

We couldn’t stay here. The place was old and in need of paint in the room. We didn’t stay because the king bed was too high for me to get on. Im 5’ and there was no way I could get on it. The manager in the office said he hadn’t processed the check in yet so we could leave. We did and drove home instead of having a nice getaway.

Despite the good photos we saw on *******, our room turned out to be a complete disappoin**ent. We encountered crickets and bugs crawling in and on the bed, which we had to remove ourselves. Additionally, we discovered a blood stain under the mattress and peeling paint on the walls. The neglected A/C unit added to the overall uncleanliness. At that point, we decided to find another hotel and informed the front desk about the issues. Regrettably, our concerns were met with indifference. The staff told ******* we never came in and told them about the issues. They stated we were making up the room being dirty and declined to give even a partial refund. It is disheartening to see such blatant dishonesty from the staff, as security cameras would have shown my husband approaching them to discuss the problems. Overall, this experience left us extremely disappointed, and we advise against staying at this hotel.

Rude desk clerk when we called the day before to find out what was included in the breakfast he replied, "You come see." and then hung up on us. Our room had a kitchenette in it which included a stove. It was clear the stove had been used and used heavily. The top still had remanents of being covered in old black grease. The kitchen had an old greasy food smell. The door jams in the bathroom looked as if a dog had been left to chew on them. The mattreses were on the hard side. The gentlemen that checked us in were pleasant enough. The breakfast area ia WAY too small!! The milk was sour.
