底特律-諾維索尼斯塔精選酒店(Sonesta Select Detroit Novi)

Of all the hotels we have stayed in over the years, this one rates as our best experience. Starts with a smiling friendly check in lady, ultra clean room #320, spacious, comfortable and just as friendly when checking out. This is our new Detroit area place to stay when needed. This is also the first time I have been able to give a glowing recommendation to a hotel and this one deserves it.

The hotel was nice for the price and what we expected. The main problem was breakfast. They do not tell you that they do not have a traditional buffet breakfast, they only have a few items and if you don’t pay ahead of time for it you have to pay per item and they say they have to charge it to your room. So if you don’t want breakfast then it is a good hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. Only one working elevator. It is in a nice area with lots of dining options close by.

Excellent location to shopping, restaurants and dessert spots. The hotel was clean, quiet even with large groups of basketball players. The only down fallbwqs the breakfast was little to none and not appetizing. The lounge area was comfy and can accomadate groups.

Our room phone was missing a cord and the bathroom light above the mirror was out but I couldn’t call to let them know and we were only there for one night so I just ignored it. Guests were VERY loud, but that’s not their fault. Overall? It was just ok.

Our stay could have been better, the young lady that checked me in did not inform me about the breakfast nor the $150.00 hold on my debit card etc. in the 2nd day that day before checkout after returning to our room the room key was deactivated which was an inconvenience.. when I returned to the front desk to inform the front desk attendant she was very rude and told us that we could leave the hotel tonight. I kept my composer. No sorry and she didn’t explain how the situation could have happened.

When I first got there, you guys put me in a dirty room I was there by myself. I had to move all my stuff downstairs to get someone to get me a whole Nother room which had hair in the tub and on the toilet seat on top of that I still have not receive my deposit, and I am very irritated at this point

I stayed here because it was close to my daughter's dance competition location. Overall it was a decent experience although the phone wouldn't call the front desk, the flat screen tv was fuzzy and there were no extra items (sheets pillows, etc) in the room for the pullout couch.

Bed was comfortable, hotel room was clean. The bathroom was not as clean as I prefer. Overall great choice for a quick trip.

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was clean, staff was friendly, located in nice/seemingly safe area. We would definitely stay again.
