貝爾伍德莊園(The Bellwood Manor)

My thoughts on our stay at Bellwood Manor: 1. The staff: From the moment you walk in, they greet you with smiles and positive energy. They ensure your needs are their highest priority. 2. The rooms: We stayed in the junior suite and the super deluxe room. They were spacious and adorned with chandelier lamps and ceiling lights. The fittings in the bathrooms and every piece of furniture were of royal quality. They even had a phone with the classic rotary dial, which you can use to ring up the reception! 3. The food: During check-in, you get to converse with the chef, who will take down your dietary requirements and choices for dinner. And we were treated with a brilliant six-course dinner on night 1 and traditional rice and curry on night 2. Everything we had were delicious. 4. The amenities: a bar managed by one of the friendliest bartenders we've ever met, a 24/7 butler at your beck and call, spa, sauna, jazucci, a bonfire which can be setup on request, game room with snooker table and a peaceful library. 5. The location: The manor is conveniently located close to major tourist spots. But at the same time, it feels like it's hidden away in its own corner, which we absolutely loved. It has a large and beautifully maintained garden surrounding the building and gives you a feel of being in your own private vacation home. Conclusion We were a family of 8 and had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Fortunately for us, we were the only guests at the time and this worked out well in our favour because we had the manor all to ourselves and felt like all our needs were taken care of. We explored several parts of Nuwara Eliya across those 2 days and enjoyed its beauty, but we have to admit...the Bellwood Manor was the best of it all. Admittedly, the prices are steep but you truly get your money's worth here. A hotel is usually a place to rest for tourisits after a long day of exploring. The Bellwood Manor however wasn't just a hotel. It was way more. It was a dream.

The three days I spent at this hotel were like paradise.First of all, the location is great - it's located between Singltree heel and Lake Gregory. The facilities are also perfect.There are well-maintained gardens and antique buildings, as well as a sauna room and billiards room. The hotel staff are so friendly. They were always there for us and solved all our problems. The room condition is also excellent. It was very neat and cleaned every day. They provide three meals a day and every meal was perfect. The meal was like a work of art. It was the best cuisine where you can taste British, Sri Lankan, and traditional dishes. This is a hotel I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

Приятное впечатление производит вечерняя подготовка номера ко сну. В уютной спа-зоне есть хамам и сауна. Цена отеля полностью оправдана.

When I picked up my guest from the Colombo Airport katunayaka and Left to Nuwaraeliya to Bellwood Manna it was 23.00hours on1st November when we reached the Hotel it was 2.55am and the manager and his staff was excellent to welcome the guest great

We visited the bungalow for 1 night in July. We throughly enjoyed the service, food, rooms, Spa, beautiful landscape and all other facilities. Setting is so beautiful and the interior is really high class and definitely one of the most luxurious properties we have visited. Also a special shout out goes to our butler Mr. Janaka and General manager Mr. Anton for the generous service. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

I had a relaxing stay in The Bellwood Manor hotel in Nuwaraeliya. Rooms are fantastic view to single mountain tree. Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam bath facilities also there. The staff is very friendly. They provide us a good service. Next time will stay for longer. Highly recommended.....

We spent three weeks touring Sri Lanka and rate the experience at Bellwood manor as outstanding. The warmth and attention of staff from The moment we arrived was second to none. Complementary shoulder massages on arrival Luxurious spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. Biggest surprise was the magnificent food prepared by chef Royce and restaurant service by Janaka. This place is seriously good and the billiard room with its traditional connections to colonial days was good fun. Cannot recommend it more highly. Hope to get back there one day

We were blown away by the warm welcome, attentive service and elegant surrounds. Our special thanks to Chef Roy for the most outstanding cuisine we experienced in our time in Sri Lanka. To Thanks also to Janaka who headed up a waitstaff that were second to none. Highly recommend if you are looking for relaxed luxury in a warm, welcoming environment.

Truly luxurious accommodation that will delight you. We had a wonderful stay here and would always love to return. Lovely staff who always helped us with anything we needed. The facilities are perfect and the the hotel is in a really good location. The restaurant had some of the best food we have ever had. Totally recommend and thank you for building something so perfect.
