It was our worst experience of Windsor hotel came up with my group of 48 pax on the 01st of October 2022. I had this same group in 2019 and they did a good job on all relevant areas and by trusting that I have to booked the same hotel for the second time as per my clients interest. At this time the management did not valued my guests return to the same venue for the second time and the service was terrible. We had four chairman's in my group and their assigned rooms were filthy and odor smell like lavatory and the four of them did complain directly to me in a professional manner. I have talk to my director operations and decided to transfer them to another hotel at that point. Things are under controlled from our end and we have taken the initiative step to keep the guest happy. The dinner buffet on the same day there were no Soup or Salad been place to comfort the unhappy guest to the satisfaction, instead a terrible selection of main entrée and deserts to go on. Things are so bad and I do not recommend this place to no one in this industry. They fooled us with all the facilities and they charged for the FOC room which is free to the travel agent representatives. My company had a great lost by assigning this hotel to a bigger group and I feel bad for the crooked management who try to ruin our plans and business relationships a part from the basic standards of hospitality management. The GM of the hotel is playing hide and seek by allocating Mr.Jhonny who did a fair job, by enforcing him to handle his mind games and dirty deeds for the sake of the management.
