From the checking until the checkout the expectation and the experience was very marvelous better than we expected as a family ,,food was very delicious ,,rooms was very comfortable clean and very fabulous ,,they offered as a ccomplimentry cake ,on arrivel which we did'nt expect and the bed decorations was amazing ,,staff level was top level ,,we hope to come again and i will recommend anyone who visit nuwara eliya to spend one or two night and the westbury palace in the mistry hills without missing good chance .. The property is very well located and has eight rooms. It is a heritage property built more than hundred years old. The staff is really courteous and they provide you really good service along with the food and we had a fantastic day in the property. The views of the property of breathtaking you can sit outside and spend a few hours easily. Our Family stayed here on my birthday and I would like to say this is exactly a palace as says in the name and our stay here was really exceptional and memorable. We felt the royal 👸🏻🤴🫅experience in everywhere in this palace and hotel staff was very friendly and supportive.They tried their best to serve us to feel that royalty experience. We really enjoyed our Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner in the Royal dinning room with exceptional music 🎼 which brought us to the golden era. Foods were so yummy and Chef and the staff in the dinning room served their best in the way which we wanted. That is really appreciated. Also,they had arranged a surprised birthday arrangements with candles ,fresh rose flowers and white lily flowers with music along with candle light dinner. That was really awesome. Also,we really enjoyed all the facilities provided in the Royal room including hot water bath tub. Experience in heated swimming pool also really amazing. We would like to say that all the staff in this hotel made our visit and my birthday a memorable one with this unique experience. We will definitely come again to feel this great hospitality and Royalty once again!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Westbury Palace hotel over Chris**as! The hotel is truly 5 star with the staff going the extra mile to help and make the stay memorable. Upon arrival we were greeted by name and received a cup of tea with the check in process fast and efficient. Suraj and Gaming were always available to help with anything we needed, likewise Yaso was our butler who was always on hand to provide water, towels etc to our room. Throughout our stay the hotel arranged for massages in the spa and use of the hot tub/sauna. The food was incredible, something you would expect of a 5 star hotel in London. Pushparaj the chef at the Westbury put together a wonderful festive 4 course Chris**as dinner in the dining room. The service was excellent! We missed breakfast as we wanted to lie in one morning & the staff brought the breakfast to our room (waffles, pancakes, eggs, fruit) similarly if we wanted to take the pastries away they would box them up for us. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly, it is small with only a few rooms meaning you really receive a bespoke service and are treated like royalty.

Yashodaran's hospitality was exemplary, creating a warm and welcoming a**osphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. First of all, it's simply an elegant hotel - a cozy lobby, comfy rooms, a beautiful dining area, and a beautiful garden with a great city view. They've got cool stuff like a pool table, a heated pool, and a play area. Their food is delicious. The staff is really helpful and nice but felt like they were under staff especially when there were more guests in the restaurant they couldn’t manage. However, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Thanks Westbury staff.

Our time at this spot was like stepping into an old British palace – so much charm! The vibes, the food, and the staff were all top-notch. And let's talk about our personal butler (Yasodaran) – a game-changer! Super friendly, super attentive. Definitely coming back for more of that laid-back royal trea**ent! 👑🍽️👏
