阿馬亞朗戴爾精品酒店的評論

問題（這是阿馬亞蘭達樂酒店的主要問題）：距離問題，我們使用技術好，駕駛安全的司機Sibane，從機場以30公里/小時的速度開車到這裏需要5個小時。到達酒店之後，我們感覺風景非常好，非常安靜。工作人員非常和藹，友善，nasekumar-超級專業的廚師，會使你在這吃的非常開心。

謝謝你們讓我們度過了快樂的住宿時光！我的兩個小孩住的很開心。房間很令人滿意，員工很好，謝謝撒瑞和蘇然。食物很好，我們都很喜歡這裏的茶。我們的導遊席爾瓦摩尼真的太可愛了！在這裏的兩天都很舒服！謝謝你們！！

我們只發現有一個優點，就是員工的態度很友善，可以打8分。房間是需要昇級，照明很糟糕，他們打掃房間之後殘留了空氣清新劑的化學氣味，這可能是最糟糕的部分。餐飲和客房服務的食物質量很差，只能打5分。餐巾沒有洗就拿去用了。所有地方都需要整頓，但顯然他們沒有領導在場。

Тихий декорированный отель с отличным обслуживанием и расположением. Можно спокойно отдохнуть в живописном бассейне с подогревом или поиграть в игры(настольные:шахматы, уличные: теннис, гольф, бадминтон). Номера с красивыми видами на плантации, внутри обставлены живыми цветами и чисто убраны. Ресторан дорогой, подача блюд продуманная, персонал работает на отлично. Еда и напитки вкусные, без изысков.

Het is een ontzettend mooie, unieke locatie. Mooie, schone kamers. Heel vriendelijk en attent personeel. Heerlijk gedineerd. Ze houden erg goed rekening met het voor ons noodzakelijke glutenvrije dieet. Tevens een uitgebreid, goed verzorgde ontbijt.

Es ist ein sehr kleines englisches Hotel in dem sich die liebenswürdigen Menschen sehr viel Mühe geben das die Gäste den Aufenthalt gut finden und sich wohl fühlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. besonders der Kellner Prabath hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

Sin duda este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado, el lugar es precioso, las vistas, el desayuno y la cena a la carta es la mejor comida que he probado en Sri Lanka, mi felicitación a los cocineros. Pero sin duda destaco la atención por parte de todo el personal, profesionales, atentos y muy amables. No olvidaré cómo nos calentaban la piscina por la tarde cuando volvíamos de nuestras excursiones. Mil gracias por todo

Service - 5* Food - 5* Location & Ambience - 5* Maintenance - 4* From the very beginning till we left, we were made to feel extremely special and they went out of their way at every point possible to make us comfortable. The security at the entrance, the lady at the reception, the gentleman who waited us, to the bell boy, all of them were very obliging and very well trained. Kudos to the management of Amaya Hotels for hiring the right people and training them very well. These guys gave me a new hope for the tourism industry in Sri Lanka, with their amazing service. Special thanks to the lady at the reception - Ruwanara, and the gentleman from F&B - Dilshan. Thank you guys, for making sure that my wife and I enjoyed our first wedding anniversary in absolute bliss. 10/10 Will recommend.

Самый атмосферный и милый отель, в котором я была! Останавливайтесь минимум на 2 ночи, чтобы прочувствовать кайф от неспешных завтраков на лужайке и ужинов. Потрясный персонал в белоснежных рубашках. Про виды, ароматы и плантации вообще молчу-божественно) Я в восторге.

Un lieu d’exception : La vue est magique, l’hôtel est très propre et la déco très soignée, le personnel est au petit soin et extrêmement courtois. Les chambres sont très bien et le lit si confort, un petit nuage. Prendre son petit déjeuner dans le jardin avec vue sur les montagnes : magique !

Absolutely beautiful location with stunning views across the tea plantation. Nice pool. Everything about this hotel should idyllic. However, food service was slow and on one occasion I was served stone cold food after waiting 45 minutes. They ask what your breakfast order is while still eating dinner!

Lovely relaxing hotel, friendly staff and excellent food and service. Sitting area was cosy and welcoming and the dinning room has brilliant views of the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel. Could not fault our five night stay and would return if we went back to Nuwara Eliya.
