橡果汽車旅館(Acorn Motor Inn)

Como vamos a evaluar un hotel donde nos rechazaron la reserva y justo unas horas antes de la llegada nos envían un email donde nos piden la hora de llegada estimada.. QUE HORROR !!! Santiago Salazar C. Manizales, Colombia

This hotel is just ok. The staff is friendly but the amenities are sub par. Their breakfast is just 2 containers. 1 filled with wrapped safeway muffins and the other filled with different slices of bread. Oh, they had drip coffee. Thats it! No coffee in the room . Speaking of rooms...the bed is soft and i do not think the mattress has been turned since the conception of the motel. When i got in the bed, i was literally laying at a slope. It was not a good night sleep. If i had paid more for the room,i woukd ha e been livid!! But for the price it was ok. However, i would not stay again. The staff was super nice, the place is right by great shopping and a wonderful movie theather, oak harbor cinema.

They charged me twice for a room..Cause even tho I got the room..My finance put the room in her name so he still charged me for the reservation

Had to go across the street for coffee the first morning because there wasn’t any ready. The next morning, my husband managed two cups for us, but when he went back for a refill, a homeless person was taking the last of what was there. The gas station across the way wasn’t open to get any more. Maybe put keurig in each room and no coffee downstairs? Also, only saw breakfast the morning we checked out.

Hotel was everything I expected. Older furnishings, but in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Rooms were outdated but they cozy and clean. The outside area is not very welcoming.

Really clean and good calm energy. This is seriously the cleanest room I've stayed at from a property that is this old. There have been updates in the room so it looks more modern. No odor of mold or must... I slept soundly, and would definitely stay here again. I travel a lot so see a lot of motel rooms. The owner is obviously very conscientious about taking care of the property. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Great job!

No password needed for WIFI says the Manager gleefully anyone can use it …..er that’s not a good thing !! Very basic breakfast shoved in a corner of the entrance Hotel is situated on a very busy uphill road junction with all the traffic revving the nuts off their vehicles up the hill

TRAVELERS BEWARE. Misleadingly posted as being 12 miles from Port Townsend. You would normally interpret that as meaning 15-20 minutes out of town, but actually on an island that requires either near 4-hour drive around the Puget Sound, or a ferry that doesn't travel as often as you would need it to be truly an option for someone traveling through the Olympic Peninsula.
