Friendly check in front desk which is amazing since I was really a late arrival. Bed was comfortable, large room and quiet. Will stay there again

Bon service, belle chambre. Un peu sale par contre. De la mousse et de la poussière un peut partout.

Just one problem -- it was listed as having a gym / fitness center, but I found out after I arrived that it been converted to a laundry room. If I had been alone, I would have then switched to another hotel with a gym; but the others with me did not want to make any last-minute change. So I was very disappointed not to have a gym as advertised. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel was adequate for one night's stay and in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, and the room seemed clean. BUT the heat/AC unit in the room was incredibly noisy, cycling on and off all night with groans and whines as it wound up to speed each time. I will give kudos to the lady taking care of the breakfast area in the morning. We came down to eat near the end of their service time, and she made sure there was fresh juice for us. Breakfast choices were good, and (great surprise!) they had real half & half for the coffee and not just artificial creamer.

Giving this hotel one star is unfair because it should get zero. The room was dirty with urine on the floor and on the toilet seat. I brought the manager who cleaned it and apologized and said that some of the cleaning crew are older family members of the owners who do not see very well. The soap dish had not been cleaned and had a used piece of soap in it. The bed had not been fully made. Outside my room in the hallway there were people who were obviously drunk and yelling late in the evening. The parking lot did not appear like a safe place for anyone with several men who were not guests loitering in cars and just "hanging out" there for hours. Dirty and unsafe. All this for $202 for one night. Just unacceptable.

Woke up to the entire room flooded from the refrigerator and the front desks response was “we won’t charge you any damage fees.” I checked in at 9:30pm after driving 13 hours. I did not even use the refrigerator. Just terrible.

I’m not sure who they hired to update the hotel, but they should get their money back! The paint job is awful, not to mention they used the new flooring as also the baseboards. When the AC turned on the whole room smelled like burnt plastic mixed with mold. The mattress had cigarette burns and gross yellow stains.

The property was generally clean though the floors in the room could have used a mopping. The orange juice in the continental breakfast was almost pure water. Someone told me the apple juice was the same.

前回は工事中の箇所があったけど、今回は工事は完了していたようで、良かったです。 前回は部屋に椅子が無かったですが、今回はありました。 また、毎日掃除があったのはとても良かったです。
