阿德博登酒店公寓(Apart Hotel Adelboden am Dorfplatz)

Das Konzept ist spannend und hat für uns als Familie gut gepasst. Zentraler als am Dorfplatz kann man wohl in Adelboden nicht übernachten. Mit den Wanderpässen konnten wir alle Berge kostenlos erkunden und genossen die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und der Platz im Zimmer für vier Personen gerade so ausreichend. Die Tiefgarage im Untergeschoss und die Verpflegungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Erdgeschoss und der nahen Umgebung runden das gute Angebot ab. Dass der Mangel der klemmenden Badezimmertüre bekannt (und an der Türe angeschrieben) ist, aber erst in zwei Monaten behoben wird, ist ein NoGo (ja unsere Jungs haben sich zwei Mal eingeschlossen und wir mussten die Türe aufmurksen).

Well thought out, new place. Apartments small but had everything we wanted (apart from a sofa). Self service easy to manage - until the tech fails, however there were friendly people around to reset. Only downside was the loud late night bar next door - avoid Friday nights!

Ich war im März 2023 mit 4 Freunden im Apart Hotel Adelboden. Der Service am Check-In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Keycards sind elektronisch, somit konnten alle einen Schlüssel haben auf seinem Handy. zu 5 war es etwas eng, aber wir haben uns ja gerne ;) Es hat nur eine Dusche was zu 6 über längere Zeit etwas eng gewesen wäre. Gehe gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer ist sehr ausgeklügelt und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Die Küche hat speziell viel Geräte und Zubehör. Bei der Qualität des Bestecks / der Pfanneb gibt es jedoch etwas Abstriche. Die Betten haben leider keinen Rost und man liegt direkt auf einer Holzplatte. Wir haben selten so schlecht geschlafen, was leider unseren Gesamtaufenthalt getrübt hat. Die buchbaren Essen Sets sind lässig und innovativ. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Die Garageneinfahrt sehr eng, mit grossen Autos wird es schwierig. Dafür hat es im 2UG tolle Elektroparkplätze. Im April ist leider absolut tote Hose in Adelboden. Ein Restaurant zu finden war eine Herausforderung. (Das Mr Cordon im EG ist gut und fein, wir haben es gerne genutzt) Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Zimmer für 5 Personen zu klein. Zum Glück wurde es schnell wieder schön. Das Team ist nur via E-Mail und Chat erreichbar, war für uns kein Problem und hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmerpreise sind am oberen Ende der Skala für die Grösse der Zimmer sowie diese Betten. Wir haben schon einiges weniger bezahlt für viel mehr Platz und top Betten. Ein Detail, der Bewegungsmelder am Eingang vor dem WC sollte in der Nacht deaktiviert werden können oder viel weniger hell leuchten. Die Personen auf dem vorderen Bett werden sonst jeweils geblendet in der Nacht. Ich bin ein Fan von Digitalisierung und Orten wo man alles alleine machen kann. Die Umsetzung mit der responsive Website welche als App bezeichnet wird ist etwas mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft lud die Seite zuerst nicht richtig und auch während des Aufenthalts ging es manchmal 30 Sekunden bis man den digitalen Zimmerschlüssel hatte um die Türe zu öffnen. Allenfalls wäre eine richtige App hier der bessere Weg. Auch die Buchung der Pauschale war nur via Email und Handy (Kreditkarten Daten) möglich. Eine Buchung in einem digitalen Hotel sollte sehr einfach und spontan möglich sein und voll automatisiert. Denke das wird aber noch weiter ausgebaut / umgesetzt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben die Berge genossen und sind zum Wasserfall gewandert. Wir hätten es aber nicht länger als 3 Nächte auf den Betten ausgehalten. Wegen der Betten werden wir wohl nicht so schnell wieder kommen, wir wünschen dem Hotel jedoch viel Erfolg und hoffen Sie können die paar Punkte noch verbessern.

Tolle Zimmer mit top ausgestatteter Küche, sehr bequeme Betten und angenehme Duvets. Und mit der Lage mitten im Dorf einfach perfekt. Ein paar gingen Skifahren, andere Laufen, für alle gibt es in der Nähe tolle Möglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder.

We booked here as it was one of the more affordable options for Adelboden. Was a central location with a good kitchen. As just two people travelling, many of the chalets to rent were too big for us, and we wanted more meal flexibility than a hotel, and this seemed to fit these requirements. Positives - central location. Very easy to access bus stop (5 mins walk). Coop also very close, as well as several bakeries, restaurants etc. - kitchen very well equipped. Including coffee machine, fondue, raclette, and many more. - very clean - bathroom good, functional and nice powerful shower - digital key worked well for check in and during most of our stay - nice welcome box of oil, tea bags, dishwasher Tablets etc…all the basic. More can be ordered very quickly (and for many things for free). I requested more dischwasher tablets on the app and there were outside our door within the hour. Negatives - location. Whilst I expected town noise given the location, I didn’t expect it to be as noisy as it was. The bar next door is open til 1.30am and 2.30am Fri and Sat, meaning it was very loud. Music and increasingly loud people sat outside. We had to close the windows to be able to hear ourselves talk at one point. But with no air con and summer heat had to open them again quickly after. - lack of privacy. First floor apartment meant when you were in the bedroom area you were almost on eye level for people walking down the path next to the apartment. Either had to keep the shutters down all the time, or felt very overlooked. Had to either get dressed in the bathroom or keep the shutters closed. - Balcony looked nice on the photo, but given the amount of noise from the bar next door and Mister Cordons, as well as cigarette smoke, it wasn’t used. - obstacle course to access the front door of the apartment block. You have to walk between tables and signage boards, and banners to access the front door. Even at night, this is all left out, including the metal stake for the banners. This feels awkward when people are eating, and it also frustrating with lots of bags. The side door used to access the bins would be more sensible as an access door. - late check out. I had pre arranged and paid for late check out (3pm), but when we got back to our room at midday found we were locked out. We did get let back out reasonably quickly (about 10mins) after having to ring someone, but this left us running for the bus. We were told you get checked out at 11am automatically, when I said I had paid for late check out I was told there must be a glitch. We also had the cleaner walk into the apartment as we were finishing getting out things together to leave, again saying we should have checked out. This was a rather frustrating end to the holiday. Having paid an extra 50CHF I don’t expect to get locked out, and have people walking in on me. In all, I have mixed feelings. The well equipped kitchen and central location are great, but the noise was a big downside for us

A well equipped, well situated apartment for four weary walkers. We had been badly let down by another apartment nearby, who had failed to deliver a key code to us! The desk staff at the Apart Hotel were terrific, quickly getting us in, and setting up a lovely Welcome package of assorted goodies. Thanks to them.
