大洋城萬豪萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Ocean City)

Front desk useless. TV did not work, told me to unplug HDMI cable and see. Did not work. Not to mention that TV is affixed to wall which makes it really difficult to access the cable. Took me a while, then it's all dusty behind the TV. I asked for another remote. Was told it would take some time. Then got a call maybe 20 min. later telling me to come get it at the front desk. No one was there, remote was left with post-it on it to againe unplug HDMI cable. Still did not work. When i called the front desk again, no one picked up. According to reservation department that I reached out, they were extremely busy. Mind you there were 3 cars on the parking lot, pretty much no one in the hotel at 8pm, midweek in off season resort town. They could have switch me to one of the many empty rooms but that was probably too much work. Not my first time at this Fairfield but definetly my last.

It was a nice room with an awesome shower! Not the most comfortable bed, but we slept pretty well. Mattress was hard but some people like that. The woman at the front desk was really nice, and we bought snacks and drinks from their little store.

It was good that breakfast was included, but they definitely need a better variety of breakfast options and another waffle station.

Great service and breakfast. We stayed here to break up a long drive and booked a second time for the drive back.

Everything was clean, fresh and staff friendly/ helpful. I liked that it is also pet friendly & still so clean. It is fun to see the pups!

This was my first time at this hotel, we visit Ocean City four times a year. We enjoyed the obeisance of the hotel. It is either a newer or completely renovated hotel. The staff were friendly and the food was ok, 4 out of 5. The location is a 10 out of 10. Don’t pass this hotel up.

Smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Staff was really friendly. Our room was comfortable.

Love this Fairfield. Have stayed here multiple times and it’s always clean and quiet.
