"The lady that took care of me at the front desk was very rude.I came from a 4 hour drive and to enjoy with my Family. First thing I do when I arrive there was go in there and check in and she was so rude to me, I just wanted to cancel my reservation. Other than that everything else was good. They do need a microwave in the room because the one at the lobby was very dirty."

"Everything was great! "Peaches" was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a "Bay front" room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years."
