The lobby is charming. Our room was small and right next to the elevator, so we heard every time the elevator went up and down. We were there in the off-season; I can't imagine the elevator noise during peak season. Even though the room doesn't have a view from then windows, the balcony has a side view of the OC Boardwalk and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small but workable. The staff was very nice, and the convenience to the OC Boardwalk cannot be beat. We'd stay again in a larger room away from the elevator.

My only complaint was the non smoking policy isn’t enforced….people were out smoking on the balconies… could not sit out on my balcony and enjoy the beach view I paid for because of the stench of secondhand smoke the hallway smelled of vap and **** as well as constantly being woken in that early morning hours by drunken couples yelled in the hallway fighting …

Room was nice but had an ant problem.i told the front desk, but was told there wasnt much they could do. I also said the shower was dirty, but was told no one was available, so I went to the store for supplies and cleaned it myself. The balcony door wouldnt lock, not a safety concern as we were on the 3rd floor, but annoying. We were, again, unfortunate enough to be right next to the elevator which meant on Saturday night we couldnt sleep. Once we got to sleep all the party goers were coming back so we were awake again. The location of the hotel was perfect! We only drove to go to breakfast and go get cleaning supplies. We could walk everywhere else.

Location was perfect and the price was great. The hot tub could be WAY hotter as other reviews mentioned. Staff was nice and bartender was attentive. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and the shower was good. Definitely worth an off-season stay.

The front desk people were very friendly & helpful. Wish there was more counter space for toiletries. The hot tub was about the same temp as the pool. We were very disappointed with that

Room is beautifully decorated, but hair dryer needs to change, it’s not working properly, others are good .

The hotel its self is very nice , everyone as far as the staff were great. During my stay it was only other people who caused disturbances the cops came twice .. the pool is kind of outdated and the jacuzzi was broken but the room was very clean and very nice. They had a resturant / bar that was very popular on NYE so that was cool. I would stay again for sure.
