Needs improvement: The water in the pool was freezing. The thermostat in the bathroom wasn't working properly (changes from cold to hot every 10 seconds).
Good: Clean, spacious, great location and easy access to the beach and shops.

Heater needs servicing and wash indicating so, was either not working or not working properly as it was icey cold
No extra blankets or linen of any variety.
Shower does not drain properly causing the bathroom to quickly flood after a minute of use.
My son slipped over and concussed himself on the bathroom sink. I slipped and fell onto bath and have bruising on my thigh. Had to use all towels to create wall so i could shower and then wash and dried them so the kids could have a wash.
Beds were average at best, put the kids in the king bed for easy bathroom access and so I could have privacy at night.
Internet is via plug and play device and tv is both small and NOT smart and so you need to being your own device if you wish to cast/stream.

Amazing location. Picking up and dropping off key was a hassle. The beds were terrible to the point we wouldn’t book again for this reason. Washing machine and dryer wouldn’t work and only half roll of toilet paper. Apar**ent was modern but far from luxury

Was sent the wrong address to collect the keys. Should have to waste time getting keys. They should be at the property

Great location, however we had to drive another 5kms to collect our key for the property, then drive back again to drop off after check out. Inconvenient if you do not have a car.

Upon entering the building we were looking for parking which we later realised someone else is parked at our bay, and the lady we called said to park off street!!! Seriously why do we look for parking while booking. Property was not cleaned at all just bed sheets changed, pillows stunk. Property was vacuumed. We had to disinfect ourselves having a toddler with us. Plus with two bedrooms apar**ent we only had one toilet paper. Advise no reception available which is annoying. Only good thing was that it was located walking distance to the beach and a few eateries. Never staying here again.
