The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Taps were only putting out hot water. No cold. No fridge in the room. The fact you have to pay for parking is ridiculous. £8 for one night! I’m already paying to stay in the hotel!! Key cards didn’t work on the lifts and they stopped working again in the early hours in the morning so we couldn’t access our room. We had to get this sorted by the reception. Absolutely ridiculous! Won’t be staying here again.

Upon arrival I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and positive attitude of the young lady (Jasmine) on reception. She went above and beyond what I’d expect and her customer service was extraordinary! Well done and thanks. This first impression meant for a very enjoyable stay and I will most certainly return.

I would have provided a better rating however the reasons I have provided the rating is as follows. I will hold my hands up in the morning while rushing to get ready my room door was not shut fully. While getting dressed I heard the door being opened without anyone calling out prior to entering the room. That shook me up and fortunately I was quick enough to shut the door before I embarrassed myself. Again I realise that the door was slightly ajar however would have appreciated any hotel staff to call out before entering the room.
