The staff all was n8ce and pleasant, I didn't like the fact the fridge never got cold and if your stsying more than a night and you don’t really or want housekeeping then there should be extra trash bags like they have extra toilet tissue

There is a $10 per day (plus fees) parking fee, so the money I thought I was saving by booking with this hotel ended up costing me more in the long run. The exercise room was just ok, the cable machine was old and had significant wear and tear. The bed in my room (221) was so uncomfortable it had a dent in it that felt like everyone sits in that spot! I must say that the breakfast was very good. Nice and hot and great options for all. Great location to Joe Cannon stadium but not the greatest hotel in the area. I will definitely weigh my options heavily before staying there again but would if I really had to.

Had a pleasant stay, but the beds are not too comfortable. Room was small but Everything else was good.

Check-in was done with ease and the desk clerk was very helpful. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, however, the only disappointing thing was the shower. The water did not drain out, so therefore, I was standing in my bath. Not good. Other than the shower, I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed during a snow storm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Snow removal crew did an excellent job of clearing walks and driving space. The bed was comfortable.
