匹茲堡機場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport)

Booked and paid with *******, showed up to the hotel and the check in process was long. The worker was flustered and ranting about how she was exhausted from school and work. She forgot to give us our key cards, charged us for the room through the hotel (on top of what ******* charged), then forgot to book us on the shuttle to the airport so it left without us causing us to nearly miss our flight. We told her we needed shuttled to the airport at 4am for an international flight the moment we checked in. Calling about the refund for the room 2 days after the fact as I saw the double charge on my bank statement, the employee I talked to wasn’t sure how to help be but assured me his manager would call me back. Never received a call back but then 3 days after the phone call I see a pending refund on my bank statement. Not happy at all with the staff, but the hotel itself was nice, quiet, and clean.

We were there for 5 days...our trash was never emptied...we never received any kind of room service and was not told at check in their policy. With thst said...I should have asked...otherwise our stay was wonderful @

Very nice place to stay... Carpet in the lobby area smelled new... Starbucks and Diner in lobby.... Carry out/Sheetz .9 miles away. Room was fresh and clean! Reasonable parking fee for the week while on trip and no charge to/from airport. All around relaxing experience. I will stay there again

Great overnight stay! Staff was friendly and not FAKE FRIENDLY. Enjoyed our room, gym, and the barista for our quick breakfast including starbucks chai offerings.

Very happy with our stay at this Marriott. Very clean and updated. Bed was fine, nothing special. Only annoying thing was our keys didn't work the second night when we came back to our room due to charging 2 coffees to the room. Yall wanted to make sure you collected on those, which seemed kinda tacky. Just charge my card and make it convenient for your guest

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The 1 bedroom suite was massive. Only bad thing was no housekeeping at all. We were there 5 days and had to go to check in desk every day for towels for my family of 5.

25 minutes to Acrisure Stadium, 15 minutes back. Super clean, updated, refrigerator, so comfortable we lounged around in the morning not rushing to get out. No free breakfast - not a deal breaker for us at all though.
