Booked and paid with *******, showed up to the hotel and the check in process was long. The worker was flustered and ranting about how she was exhausted from school and work. She forgot to give us our key cards, charged us for the room through the hotel (on top of what ******* charged), then forgot to book us on the shuttle to the airport so it left without us causing us to nearly miss our flight. We told her we needed shuttled to the airport at 4am for an international flight the moment we checked in. Calling about the refund for the room 2 days after the fact as I saw the double charge on my bank statement, the employee I talked to wasn’t sure how to help be but assured me his manager would call me back. Never received a call back but then 3 days after the phone call I see a pending refund on my bank statement. Not happy at all with the staff, but the hotel itself was nice, quiet, and clean.
