Arrived at midnight and paid €500 for one night, I walked into the room to find the glass bathroom door smashed with shards of glass all over the floor and it also was two single beds when I requested one double bed. Furthermore the TV was not working. I was extremely tired due to traveling all day and when I notified the manager in the morning I asked for 50% of the amount I have paid due to these problems and I was told this was not possible. No compensation, only a string of I am sorry sir! I would recommend not staying with EUROSTARS hotels as they customer service and integrity is very low

Terrible hotel for price quality, staff not friendly and to say inexperienced is an understatement. Terrible breakfast, noisy rooms, dirty terraces and rooms, the only redeeming features are the pool and the breakfast staff. The bar service, reception, and pool bar are terrible.

Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und in Teilen noch nicht ganz fertig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, tolle Farben und gute Größe. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und der Service sehr nett. Leider hatten wir Regentage und der Spa ist nur gegen Aufpreis zu buchen. Durch den Regen war der Fitnessraum nicht zu nutzen, was sehr schade war, wenn man sonst schon nicht viel unternehmen kann. Dennoch kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Très bel hôtel offrant un service de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux. Très bonne localisation au calme et proche de la mer. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour dans la région.

Summary: terrible sleep - paper thin walls, could hear the conversation next door clearly, non heated pool, additional charges for spa, poor views and location and not good value for money. I would come back for a drink or some food but would not stay again
