Broken elevator, broken clothes washer in the guest landromat, satellite cable t.v. constantly goes out, bathroom door has no lock, night tables are so small they only have room for a lamp on them, light bulb out in the bathroom, rusty metal lamps in the bedroom, $10/day to park your car in the hotel parking lot. If you are not out of your room when housekeepimg comes in the morning, I was told they do not return. All the money they charge for a room, and they dont clean the room, empty the garbage, or refill the coffee and water. What a shame. No more Hilton for me.

This place is great!!! Great food morning and night; friendly and helpful people; comfy room!!! I would have given it 5 stars, but they must update their beds…they are as hard as my head. But as I said, they were helpful and provided something to make it a bit better!! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Hotel and staff were absolutely perfect! Truly enjoyed our time there! The *only* thing I would change is the bed. It was so uncomfortable. I hope in the future they can be replaced with much more comfortable beds, then it'd be amazing. Thank you for the stay, it was a wonderful trip!

When looking for apartments, I knew that I wanted to specifically be in Fort Walton Beach. Not only was this one of the nicest available hotels I found, it was also at an incredible price. Facility felt brand new, the outdoor pool/bar/Jacuzzi was wonderful, and the sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico…. Amazing

Spend extra for the Gulf View! It's wonderful to wake up to, and the sunset is so pretty. This hotel was wonderful. The ONLY reason i have to give 4 stars is how far away it seemed to things. Great (little!) bar off the lobby, bartenders were all wonderful. You'll find yourself in a pickle if you come back from a dinner or event expecting a night cap and the entire bar is full. Total bummer for those of us who didnt have transportation (or wanted to Uber/Lyft) over to Destin. I would NOT recommend walking the north side of the hotel, especially us solo-travel girlies. Despite the great reviews of several surrounding eateries...the condition of the buildings and signage tells you all you need to know. Several homeless and sketchy looking propertes along the way. We evenutally drove over to Destin for a little brunch action. One of the several days we stayed...we expected to have a quick lunch and a bev around noon but were greated with a full (and loud) lobby full of a wedding party...super fun..but was impossible to have a drink. Lazy river/pool situation is wonderful, i only wish the weather allowed us more time to spend out there enjoying it. Easy walkway from pool area right out to the beach. So beautiful. Overall: hotell was wonderful but i wish it had just a little better location to the east closer to destin and all the good eats. This was a quick 20 mins to the airport though which was a huge plus for a 7am flight home!!
