Excellent check in experience all over the phone. Staff was courteous and the room was cozy. Bed was awesome. Zero issues.

Hotel is good all around besides the fact when its super cold out side there heaters dont keep up and u freeze like ur sleeping outside

Cobwebs, dirty floor, broken key pad. No instructions on how to use anything (internet, tv). A place to lay your head and get going.

IT WAS A NICE PLACE. THE BATHROOM COULD USE A DEEP CLEANING, AND THE DOORS WERE A STRUGGLE TO GET INTO, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE

For $70 US it was a good deal. On the lake, our room had a view of the park next to the motel and a side-view of the lake also. It was warmed up for us. Key pad entry, no keys to handle. There must be some gaps for the wind to howl through - the wind sounded stronger than it actually was. But the comfort level was fine. Cleaner than another motel we have stayed at on the Lakeshore Drive.

As it is off season they are not operating reception. Which is fine but I was called and text all day while I was at work which I didn’t appreciate. They should update their listing that they only have self checkin. The building is dated, though they have tried to dress it up. The bed frame was creaky and the mattress felt well worn. I have very sensitive skin and the bedding was starchy and itchy for me as I think they use very heavy chemicals. Overall a cheap stay so I can’t complain too much

Very clean and modern and fairly priced. Lake in directly across the street. Will stay there again.

Our room was far from clean. Scooped hair out of shower for water to drain out. Horrible water stains, borderline mold bathroom ceiling. Baseboards in bathroom were dirty. Webs in corners of bedroom. Floor did not seem clean. Took photos. Room just seemed extremely neglected. Reception closed when we arrived and left, so was unable to report it. Great location. Unfortunate

Perfect location for a fun evening in Penticton. Clean & convenient & a great value, I’d check this place first next time I stay here!
