Estaba limpia,y ordenada,pero nesecita q den mantenimiento de fumigation pues los insectos estaban saliendo por lava manos,habian en las mesas etc.imcomodo.

Check-in and check-out was easy. We traveled from out of state for a wedding. The walls in our room looked like they had some water damage, wall paper bubbling and peeling. I made coffee in the room and the creamer was bad. Our extra blanket smelled stale. The faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall. I always keep my hotel rooms clean, I asked the front desk if we could just have the maid service empty our trash no need to clean the room or make the bed as I had already done so and the lady at the front desk was rude and acted as though I was asking for too much. They had a sign on the bathroom mirror stating if you want maid service = towels, bed made, trash emptied, to notify the front desk. They had a small buffet breakfast which was $15/ea and not worth it it was cold. They also have a little convenience area where wake got 1 ICE flavored bottle water and 1 Pure leaf iced tea, the two came to $10, a ridiculous amount since the ICE flavored waters are only $1 at the grocery store and the pure leaf are $2.50. Upon arriving they do give you warmed cookies however, they did not inform us they are chocolate chip and nut and we have a nut allergy. So happy we discovered it before eating them. They did offer a free shuttle to the airport, the hotel is only a 6 minute drive from the airport. Driver was very nice but the van smelled like cigarettes very overwhelming and seats were FILTHY. Very disappointing not worth the money paid. I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The first room I had was horrible, noisy and outdated. But they, Sandra, wonderful employee, placed me in a suite that was very nice. Still dated like 1965, but the bed was wonderful, big bathroom and very nice all things considered. Would stay again because of Staff and their customer service.

I don't like this property and I didn't have a pleasant stay. 1). No regular housekeeping, but after I asked for more towels I have to pick them up at the front desk 2). Required repair of the bathroom exhausting fan, but no response 3). No "front desk" button on guest room phone, so, have to dial the full 10-digit number to call the front desk

Within the bounds of our limited interaction, the staff was nice. Checkin took 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk and check me and two other guests in ahead of me, but once she arrived, she was nice. Property is in a rough part of town. If I would have known, I would have chosen differently. The pool was dirty, which was a shame, as it was the main reason for booking this hotel for my 3 and 5-year-old. Our entire floor and the elevator wreaked of *********. Probably purchased at the “Liquor and ****” store a half mile away. Air conditioning did not work and the toilet leaked. Remote for the TV in the bedroom did not work because of severely corroded batteries. The tub was dirty. It was not an enjoyable stay, but we got sleep and we didn’t die. So that’s a plus?

I do not recommend this property. I chose it because most Doubletrees have a standard and take care of their rooms. This one needs a lot of help. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, toilet seat was cracked and pinched my backside, mold/mildew in the shower. Pick somewhere else!

The toilet in my room was broken and overflowed. Nothing was done about it for a couple of hours. Bathroom was not recleaned afterwards. I complained to both the hotel AND Orbitz and NOTHING has been done.

I stayed for 3 nights and it's just an average hotel - nothing special. The bathroom lights were a little dim and tiles were broken near the bathtub.
