Overall location was great parking was kind of crappy but that comes with the territory in the old town nice hotel to visit if you're in town very clean people were very friendly I'll be back

Great location

Fue excelente la estadía el personal muy amable, desayuno incluido. El estacionamiento si hay que pagarlo aparte. Muchos restaurante alrededor y puedes ir al canal De Bricktown Plaza a pie

The noise was terrible, when asked to move rooms we were denied. We have stayed at this location multiple times and have never had this bad of an experience.

Booked this hotel for the pool. Drove 4 hours to just hang at the pool with the family. The pool was closed. Also reserved a 2 room suite but the rooms were not separated like in the pictures. Those were the only two problems but the first was a big problem for us.

Terrible experienced. Additional fee for parking which $25 whenyoucheck-in, not my fault they don't have a parking space. On website they said pool is available but when I got there its under construction. Park at 4th floor but the elevator is broken so I used stairs with my whole things and 2 kids.

Our women's choir needed a place to stay near the OK State Capitol Building. We chose the Hampton for convenience. It was nice to have a group of 16 be able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner together. Dre was our hotel front desk worker. We couldn't have asked for better. He was willing to help us with our parking tickets, checkin for multiple rooms, & just very courteous!

Had to pay $24 to park car in garage Nextdoor for the night. Everything else was great including the breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked through ******* and paid through ******* upon showing up to the motel I had to pay yet again for the same room even after showing that I already paid. ******* was little to no help as it took me almost an hour to even “CHAT” with some one and after an hour of that still no resolve as I was told I would have to wait up to 72 hours to speak to someone about having to pay twice!

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The hotel was nice and very clean. Room was nice and clean.

Loved our stay, and the front desk ladies were wonderful! We ate right across the street and a really good seafood restaurant, which was very convenient since we got in late. The only thing I would say, is an opportunity, is the amount of chemicals they use in the pool area. My eyes literally started burning as soon as I walked in. Other than that, it was a great stay, and a great hotel.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very professional and check-in was a breeze. The parking was affordable and easy access. We needed extra towels and they were delivered promptly. The room and bathroom were clean, sheets and bed super comfy. The heater worked great, it was under 20 degrees F during our stay. The shades were fantastic and the room was dark even after sunrise. Nice hotel. I would book again.

We enjoyed the stay. Nice family pool. Nice family rooms. The front desk clerk was really friendly and helped us get what we needed. Got to check in a little early. Which was good because we really didn’t know the area. The pool was nice. Just a little loud when from the fountain type things for the kids. And unruly unsupervised kids were a little annoying. Parking was 20 dollars for 24 hours in the parking garage. Not too bad I guess.

Booke here many times. As i work in this area a lot. But this time was so bad i cant justify staying here agian. Booked multiple rooms and on check-in the ran my p-card for the stay 5 times which ultimately maxed out my card. Thays was the worst part. I get that can happen its a computer. But the suppossed manage on duty was extremely combative straight from the second he saw me. I dont even believe he was the manager. I ended up canceling and going to the marriot. And for the price of 10 more dollars recieved a much nicer room and check-in literally took 5 minutes.
