Nice hotel with decent amenities. Stayed during a cross country drive and was satisfied

Customer service was good. We got in late and the hotel was willing to still pick us up from airport which was nice. Hotel was clean but basic. Although furniture was torn up. Some was outdated. The best part of the room was the bathroom. Fine for a last minute one night stay but wouldn’t stay again. Don’t have big expectations of this place.

This hotel was in a great location for me because it was very, very close to the airport. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant at this hotel, however they seem to have lots of conventions/meals here, so sometimes there would be a bit of a delay if you are in a hurry. Overall, good experience though.

This is a newer hotel and it is very clean. I thought the bed was very comfy and the hotel was very quiet - i didn't hear any traffic noise or noise from within the hotel (but I did think the ac unit was unusually loud). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The website lists a free airport shuttle, but apparently it only runs until 9PM which isn't stated on the website. My flight got in around midnight and I called for the shuttle and the very friendly man working told me it technically only runs until 9 but said he would come get me anyway. There was no hairdryer in my room so I had to call down to get one and the bathroom towels were pretty small and flimsy. There is no free breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet for $10 and there is an IHOP right next door. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

Great service at night by Sebastian Pinon! Quick check in ! Came in last minute promp entry being here a few times thru the year never fail to care of me! Well lid out side and clean environment. Food is also good!

Clean & modern style for a great price, although we would have loved a complimentary breakfast like normal

I definitely will not be staying here nor recommending it to anyone, ever. Problems started right after we checked in our rooms. There was fresh blood on the duvet. It took housekeeping 30 minutes to arrive and change the bedding. My brother lives in Oklahoma City and came to visit us and said the hotel has a bad reputation for stuff I likely can’t write here otherwise this review won’t be accepted. But not good things. Then I clearly booked this hotel thru this website, and I had two rooms, they charged my credit card for incidentals, and double charged me for the hotel, even though I booked through **********. They offered breakfast (normally $10) for free for all of the issues. The breakfast attendant was so rude to us and we even tried to be nice and she still continued on being hateful. Then we asked for more breakfast items to be made because there were very limited items. The man who cooked the breakfast was aggressive and stared down my family the entire time for asking the manager to have him cook more food. He eventually made new eggs only and they were under cooked so we ended up not eating at all. Overall it was a horrible experience, the only good thing about it was the girl at the front desk, cambria. She was super kind and very apologetic and understanding. I hope she finds a new place to work because this was horrible.

Ok well I paid a rate that includes breakfast for 2. Wasn’t notified til the first morning we woke up to go have breakfast that they normally ha e a restaurant with breakfast but decided to not open it for this particular weekend. The new employee was very nice he felt so bad. Then when asked about me prepaying for breakfast manager said I was just out of luck! Water pressure in shower was like horrible! Sometime u could get a slow stream and sometimes nothing at all.

During this stay we had a hiccup with being able to check in right away. It was fixed; but word to the wise make sure that you are there before four in the morning when the do their audit otherwise it will be a thorn in your side. I called to let them know we were driving a long way and wanted to check in early so we purchased additional night so that we did not have to wait. Sigh... not cool to say the least/
