Enjoyed our quick stay! Walking distance to fun places and restaurants! Very friendly staff.

Fridge was not working, we alerted front desk. Caused our food to spoil. Nothing was done. Pulled up to check in (apparently it’s valet only) and no one greeted us for a solid 2 minutes. I had to honk my horn to even be acknowledged. Cost was $32, wished they would do a better job of making you aware. I’m sure it’s listed, but you have to find it. I had to walk about a football field to self park. No way I’m paying $32 for that. Took about 15 minutes to get checked in because they couldn’t find a clean room. Room was great, besides the fridge. Very clean, nice, and comfortable. I loved having the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Definitely was not a great first experience. It all coulda been fixed by better customer service.

We went for just one night to watch the Savannah Bananas play. This hotel was within walking distance to so many things and we felt safe walking around at night. The lime scooters were so much fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to valet early and leave our luggage in a room behind the counter so all my items were not sitting in my trunk all day.

The breakfast was awesome however I was not crazy about the parking. We had to walk quite a ways to get to the hotel and much of the sidewalk was red brick so the grooves made it difficult to roll our luggage. Other than that we had a great time staying here, we ate and drank at a pub nearby and had dinner at a restaurant on the canal. What more could you ask for. One tip, if there is a baseball game going you can watch it for free from some of the upper floors and in the parking garage from the back.

Very convenient hotel for our stay. We was able to walk to all of our stops the entire trip. Room was nice and clean. Only negative is the parking. Valer is $32 a night. We parked in a garage about a block away for $12.

Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and pillows, very spacious room. Good WiFi, good TV. Full-sized fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher & Keurig coffeemaker. My requested view south/baseball field) were honored even though I arrived nearly at midnight after long travel day - much appreciated! Fitness center and pool area are both spacious and clean. Breakfast area is large & inviting (although oddly you need to use your room key to enter). Breakfast attendant is cheerful and greets everyone. Food was just OK, the hot plates/proteins weren’t great IMO. Fruit was welcome and fresh. Lots of yogurt/daily/alternatives too. What I found *really* disappointing is the heavy reliance on single-use plastics, packaging & foam plates. Location during the week in early March was quiet, on the edge of Bricktown District would presumably be busier spring-fall. I liked that the Streetcar stopped right outside the hotel - but NOBODY using it!! Was easy to ride and get to OKCCC and Arena. All in all a very pleasant stay - recommended.

********** had posted that parking was free. At check-in, the hotel staff said that was not true. Instead of offering to honor the advertisement, the staff replied with terrible attitudes and completely dismissed this issue as not their fault nor their responsibility. The next morning, I tried again to raise the question with a different front desk lady. At least she had a pleasant attitude in response, however, she claimed that there was nothing they could do and the false advertising was reported to ********** already. I was astonished that a chain like Hilton doesn't empower their staff to comp a parking fee. I've never in my life had to pay for parking at a hotel. This is not NYC, it's OKC! Also, I can't believe this place got over 9 point review totals. I stay in a lot of hotels - it wasn't that great and you're just overpaying for the location. Because of the poor customer service, we decided to check-out and stay at another hotel for the second night.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and all the staff was remarkably kind. Thank you for a great service.

I’ve stayed at several properties in Bricktown and this is my favorite. We will definitely stay here again. Having the extra space and full kitchen was so nice compared to a normal hotel room. The room and facility was very clean and the location very convenient.

Very unorganized with the valet parking was told our pickup would be parked in a garage it wasn’t people at front desk we never there we had to wait, I had a family emergency and couldn’t make it for one of my stays, was told I would be paid back by the hotel never received payment l even emailed the manager with the confirmation number I got no response. Won’t stay again

I love the location! I LOVED being able to valet our car every day. It was over $30/day with taxes and fees. It cost just under $130 for 4 days to valet. I didn't mind at all because I knew our car was safe. The entire area felt very safe. We only encountered one pan handler asking for money, and he was very polite and not aggressive at all. I lived in Albuquerque for 11 years and the pan handlers there are more aggressive than not. The bar in the hotel was great. Service was slightly slow considering there were only 3 people in there at the time. The check people were so friendly. Actually, every single person we encountered was so friendly.

This was a great stay. Excellent customer service, location and comfort. Parking is not free anywhere near the hotel but the location is amazing. Really enjoyed our visit.

Very close to everything so walking is great. Spacious rooms didn’t feel cramped at all with 4 people This is the 4th time stayed here and will stay again
