I'm going to try to be nice since i don't know who was really at fault. I did not get free upgrade, even though ******* sent me an email saying one was confirmed. I did not get food allowance. Guest services were not helpful with this situation. I was advised no wifi password needed and yet one was. Room could've used a better cleaning (paint, dust, base board issues, tile issues in bathroom, mold on curtain, no ice machine, and mini fridge in room did not work. No on-site parking unless valet. Used to be museum of some sort yet walkways were poorly lit. Considering not even using ******* anymore due to continued hotel issues.
