L hôtel est moderne et très bien situé au cœur de la ville et on peut se promener le soir sans prendre la voiture ce qui était très agréable . Notre chambre était propre , bien équipé et la literie confortable . Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon . Gian paolo est le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli et s est occupé de nous pendant notre séjour , il a été très sympathique L inconvénient de cet hôtel est la mauvaise insonorisation , nous entendons les clients dans le couloir et l escalier en fer est bruyant , ne pensez pas à prendre l ascenseur il ne fonctionne pas . J ai été me faire masser au spa , c était génial , juste un peu déçue que le jacuzzi et le hammam soient fermés . Pas de parking mais nous avons trouvé facilement à nous garer

Court séjour d’une nuit dans ce bel établissement idéalement situé pour découvrir le cœur d’Olbia. En quelques minutes à pied on accède à tous les restaurants et commerces de la ville ainsi qu’au bord de mer. Cet hôtel boutique de 6 chambres est superbement décoré avec un goût exquis… notre chambre était très agréable avec un balcon donnant sur une place ombragée et animée (pas de nuisance de bruit la nuit l’isolation étant parfaite) Très design et très bien agencée. L’accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux, il est au petits soins pour ses clients, le petit déjeuner excellent est préparé sous nos yeux… bref tout est parfait… sans oublier le toit terrasse avec petite piscine d’où l’on jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes environnantes et enfin la très belle façade de type classique de l’hôtel… bref tout était parfait… à recommander

Notre séjour fut une catastrophe. Pour 300 € la nuit en plus !! Lors de notre arrivée, l'hôtel était fermé. Un autre couple attendait depuis 1 heure sans nouvelle de personne. Nous avons réussi à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone qui nous indique qu'elle est malade et qu'il n'y aura donc personne pour nous recevoir. Nous avons reçu les instructions par téléphone dans un anglais très approximatif et avons dû fouiller dans les tiroirs du personnel pour récupérer nos cartes de chambre. Comble de l'histoire, nous avons eu accès à une carte qui ouvrait l'ensemble des chambres de l'hôtel (nous nous en sommes rendus compte en nous trompant d'étage) donc heureusement que nous ne sommes pas des personnes malveillantes... L'entretien de l'hôtel est pitoyable, des joints très sales, une climatisation entourée de moisies, des plinthes qui se décollent, des rideaux qui tombent. La propreté de la piscine est catastrophique : eau trouble, crottes de pigeons. L'hôtel donne sur une place où beaucoup de fêtes ont lieu avec des bars donc impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin. De même, quand nous sommes rentrés, un SDF très alcoolisés jonchaient les marches de l'hôtel. Inadmissible de présenter un hôtel à ce prix là. Je ne comprends pas les précédents commentaires et je suis en train de réaliser une réclamation car pour nous, il s'agit clairement d'une arnaque.

Les plus : Hôtel très joli, position optimale et la terrasse/piscine ouverte 24h/24 7j/7 est vraiment très très appréciable ! De plus, le coucher de soleil se fait pile en face, vous pourrez ainsi l’admirer pendant une baignade… Notre chambre était très propre et spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire : la literie est incroyable, netflix à disposition, peignoirs, bouilloire, … Possibilité d’avoir le petit dej en chambre sans surcoût. Les moins : malheureusement, l’hôtel est assez mal insonorisé et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. De plus, lors de notre venu en août 2021, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas (rien de bien méchant mais il me semble important de le souligner, notamment pour monter / descendre les valises). Enfin, le room service était peu réactif pendant notre séjour en aout. Des demandes non prises en compte, une attente assez longue, … encore une fois, rien de bien méchant mais il ne faut pas tout miser là dessus :). Attention également a bien préciser l’horaire de votre arrivée. En effet, l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’accueil. Nous avons tenté de joindre le numéro de téléphone affiché sur internet mais impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au bout du fil. Nous avons attendu 45 min devant l’hôtel sous 30 degrés en attendant que quelqu’un vienne nous accueillir …

It’s a unicorn hotel with great service in the most central point in the center of Olbia. The rooms are clean and with modern decoration and the bed is comfortable. The view from the room is amazing you can see the center and the bathroom cleaning products are very good. The most important think is the guy that is responsible in the reception who will provide you with anything you ask

I’m very surprised for all the positive reviews this hotel has. I’ve never been in such an overvalued and dirty hotel! It is a total scam! First of all, we arrived at 15:00 to the hotel and the door was locked and no one was there (we informed that we will arrive to the hotel between 14:30 and 15:30). I called to the hotel phone number and Sonia answered. She said that she will arrive in approx. 20 mins, but she gave us the code to access to the hotel and ask us to take ourselves our key room from the desk reception (they must really trust people). We took the elevator to go to the third floor where our room was. The elevator said max. 3 people and max. 250 kg, but if you are 2 people with 2 cabin luggages, the elevator won’t work. My boyfriend decided to take the stairs and he even arrived before me, as the elevator is crazy slow. We entered the very dark room and saw that 1) the walls needed to be painted due to the mold issues, 2) the AC was full of mold, 3) the shower was DISGUSTING, it was super dirty (see pictures attached) (seedy motels have cleaner shower than this hotel). We decided to go downstairs as the receptionist arrived and I told her that the shower was disgusting (I even showed her a video). She claimed that it was clean and it was only mold (as if having mold in the bedroom of an hotel is a normal thing). Let me tell you that it was mold AND dirtiness AND a need of the walls to be painted. At the end she offered us a change of room within the same floor. This one was bigger, and the cleanliness of the shower was much better. But nothing is perfect and what happened in this room is that the AC didn’t work. Imagine Sardinia in August, 30° at 19:00 and on the top floor with no AC. We came down to inform her about the AC issue and she called her/his supervisor. The supervisor told her to change our room to our original one (the one with the dirty shower) and she replied to the supervisor that we were originally there but she changed us to the one with no AC. The supervisor asked why, and she replied that we complained about. They offered us to change the room to the first floor, but the problem there was the noise of the main square. We decided to give it a try one night and see if the room will cool a bit more - it didn’t happened. It was like an oven. In addition, there’s a bar next to the hotel where a DJ is playing music in the terrace with very big speakers. It was IMPOSSIBLE to fall sleep. This is not the hotel’s fault but they should at least write about it in the description of the hotel or at least offer earplugs. The music was until 2am. Last but not least, on the small terrace they have a small swimming pool that I didn’t dared to go into the pool as it was very very dirty (water was almost green). This hotel tries to be a boutique hotel and it is just a “wanna be”. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, they deserve 0 stars. Just a quick review to say that we had a great experience at Kkult. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jaan Paulo (hope I’ve spelt that right) he made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect and great memory on breakfast orders as my wife is Lactose free. Nice and clean, and very modern. Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Slight improvement would be a bird scarer by the pool to get rid of the pigeons.

Don’t make any complaint to *********** because if you do they will cancel your room when you’re out for dinner, call you whilst you’re out and ask when you’re returning to remove the things from the room. They advertised a swimming pool but when we arrived it was closed with no real answer about when it would open, maybe 3 days later. So because we sent this information to *********** they cancelled our room and made us find another hotel at 9pm, and claimed the room was already booked from someone else when we said we want to stay, they denied cancelling it, said it was *********** who did it, then were unable to be contacted by *********** to resolve the situation. They waited until we were already packed up and ready to get in a taxi before they decided actually we can stay
