維多利亞住宅酒店(Victoria Hotel & Residence)

L'hôtel est super mais on nous a attribué une chambre au 1er étage et même avec le chauffage il faisait 16 degré dans la pièce. ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je précise que nous voyageons beaucoup et nous n'avons JAMAIS rencontré ce problème. Nous n'avions qu'une hâte c'était de partir. Sinon petit déjeuner au top. Personnel agréable

A budget-friendly hotel for a short ski week-end. Simple but correct rooms, spacious and newly renovated, very calm and centrally located. Great breakfast with many options, I have loved their fluffy butter croissants. Many thanks to Oriana for a charming and guest-oriented service!

Très mauvaise surprise. Réception bien décorée mais plus rien derrière cet effet bluff! Service aimable mais manquant de professionnalisme. Informations données quant aux services à disposition payants ou inclus ne sont pas exactes. Donc plonge le client dans la confusion quant aux options à disposition entre les hôtels du groupe se trouvant à Villard sur Ollon. Chambre supérieure - spacieuse, belle vue montagnes. Qualité de la literie n’est pas du niveau d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Oreillers en suffisance mais dur et inconfortables. Duvet d’été alors que nous somme en décembre! Buffet petit déjeuner de qualité mais service minimum inexistant. Du 100% self-service dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix de la chambres est trop élevé pour un 4 étoiles qui n’en vaut pas plus que 3 . Séjour très décevant!

Ah ces débuts de saison... Il y avait : - un magnifique lobby avec un bar agréable - deux bons restaurants - des chambres agréables - une situation pratique - un garage Il manquait : - du personnel pouvant vous répondre dans la langue de la région - du personnel connaissant l' établissement - un jacuzzi - des peignoirs - de la coordination entre les services - de la " chaleur" - une douche ( baignoire très ancienne et peu accessible)

El hotel tiene terrazas muy lindas en zonas comunes y habitaciones. Mi habitación era pequeña al ser individual pero la limpieza y mobiliario es excelente. La habitación es muy cómoda y pensada para las necesidades del viajero de montaña. La terraza de la habitación me encantó! Cena y desayuno excelente.

très grande et belle chambre (junior suite). personnel tres acceuillante et aimable. une machine a cafés ou thé dans la chambre serait appréciée

Belle découverte d’un hôtel bien rénové, notre chambre était grande et agréable avec un beau balcon. Mention spéciale pour les panneaux solaires en guise de balustrade. Les murs de l’hôtel vous en apprendrons beaucoup sur la Suisse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien garnie et vous trouverez probablement votre bonheur. Le personnel est très sympathique et Sébastien le directeur des opérations et aux petits soins est à l’écoute de ses clients.

I wanted to give the same 4 stars that are on the entrance door, but sadly no. Its a really nice, pleasant hotel, don't get me wrong. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable, although no fridge or water kettle present. The corridors remind of student dorms, rather than luxury hotel. The food in the main restaurant (breakfast but also lunch and dinner) is excellent. Full credit for that, and for the genuinely welcoming staff. But the gym boasts one broken elliptical (and the other drops pieces when used), and a single torn treadmill that users run on at their peril. And its not open early, when most users would use it. The venues are lovely, the bar and lounge are great. Just needs to up its game to deserve all four stars.

Having previously stayed in chalets for our family ski holidays (our son is now 9) we felt a hotel would fit our needs better for our 5 night stay. I found this hotel on the internet, booked direcetly as it offered the best price. We did our own transfers from Geneva airport using the train, then changing to the tram in Bex, the hotel did point out before arrival that the train to Aigle then the bus was slightly quicker, but we prefered the tram option. This was all easy to book on line with the swiss train network and is much more cost effective than a car/taxi transfer. Our was around £150 return for the 3 of us. We also booked our ski pass, ski hire and our sons ski lessons directly on line, the hotel did offer on our arrival but I'm sure it would have been at a premium. On arriving at 2pm our room wasn't quite ready, as check in was from 3pm. But this did give us opportunity to collect our ski passes from one of the automated machines using the QR code, and collect our hired skis from the shop next to the hotel 'Sports House' who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has ski lockers for your boots and skis Once checked in we took our suitcases to our room, (there wasn't an offer of any help) having been up since 3am and clearly looking tired! Our room was a superior double (single beds pushed together) and a camp type bed for our 9 year old son. I had read that some found the hotel noisy, our room was on the -0 level just 1 storey high, so nobody above and hardly and passing people so it was perfect and quiet, other than party goers coming home at 2 am most mornings (not the hotels fault) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Strangley in the lobby/wardrobe area it had a fabulous tiny kitchen with a microwave, full sized undercounter fridge, hob and sink. There was 4 plates, bowls and cutlery but no kettle or pans. We used the fridge to cool the water etc. I would be lovely if they included a kettle, but I guess they want the spend in the hotel not people making tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was delicous, and a good choice of hot/cold. The ski lift was a short bus ride away, the bus stop just outside the hotel, so easy to get to the lifts. We ate out at local resturants all but 1 evening when we ate at Peppino's, the pizza was very nice indeed. We had hot chocolates in the hotel bar on two occasions, and got overcharged on both occasions, until I pointed out the error. We used the swimming pool 3 times, it was lovely to swim after a day on the slopes, the hotel provided dressing gowns and towels. Our room was cleaned each day by the time we got back in from skiing, we did end up with a huge amount of towels, they left clean but never took used away! The hotel loaction for the village is excellent, a few minutes walk to the local resturants and the co-op. We didn't really have any negatives on our trip, we knew it would be expensive to eat out, and it was. The cheapest item on most menus, pizza or bolognese was arou
