It was a cheap place to stay near other hotels. The property is old and run down. The rooms were musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Everything needs to be updated, including the bed covers, carpet, bathroom fan, shower head, pillows, furniture. The sheets and towels were clean at least. I hope the owners can gradually modernize the rooms, break room, lobby, etc.

It wasn’t clean and apparently the base of one bed was for a larger box springs because it has the braces sticking out in three places on each side, perfect level to catch shins, which I did. The door knob on the bathroom door was extremely loose and it looked like the outlet in there had been spackled over.

Didn't like anything there wasn't nothing unique about none of it dirty bathroom,dirty stained shower,the smell was awful,needed clean linen there was none, room was filthy,need new carpet which that needed to be cleaned and vacuumed, no breakfast but I wouldn't have wanted any if they served it the way that hotel is SMH I will never recommend anybody or animal there , disrespectful come banging on the door and can't speak English while Im sleeping good I didn't ask for that,it's very much hood, extra entryway there is no lock its kept open to public access with a rock proping the door open and way too much money for all this bs they have going on

This was the filthiest Super 8 or any hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason I stayed was there was no availability near by. The only item that was clean was the toilet. The shower was so dirty and neglected (black mold)that I did not even want to stand in it. The mattress covers were dirty and ripped. The sheets on the bed seemed clean. The security latch at the door was Brocken and the door had been forced and not repaired. I requested another room. There was no breakfast whatsoever. The coffee undrinkable. Super 8 should be embarrassed to have their name on that place. They have to shut that place down and completely remodel. It is a health and safety hazard. I should have known when I saw the price of $50 per night.I had assumed it was a promotion by *******. ******* needs to unlist this hotel. I have pictures to show, if ******* or Super 8 HQ cares to know.

Terrible service. My room was disgusting when I entered. I left within 20 minutes of arriving because there was trash on the floor, in the bathroom, hair on the bathroom floor and toilet, and the toilet was not cleaned. The fridge was leaking and my sheets were dirty and on backwards. The hotel refused a refund.

The bathroom was not clean, the room smelled like smoke, and the sheets were stained. We let the hotel know within 20 minutes of checking in and we were told we would get a refund. We ended up staying elsewhere. The desk clerk was very responsive and respectful.

The room wasn't cleaned , there was bed bugs , the TV only had 4 channels, the lights didn't work right, they didn't have breakfast but the site said they did. They were very rude and it was just horrible all the way around. I will never stay at that super 8 ever again

Room was dirty and had a mildew smell. Hot water wouldn’t worked. When you would try to call the front desk they just hung up on you. When you go down to the front desk they just walk away. We left and stayed somewhere else.

It said on the website they had breakfast and they didn't, the room hadn't been cleaned, there was bugs in the room, the TV didn't work and their customer service was crappy. They barley spoke any English at all. It was just a bad stay altogether.

It took 45 minutes and 4 key cards before I could get into my room, The key card did not work on outside doors. The TV did not work and they have no creamer for morning coffee.

People were crawling in and out if first floor windows, alcohol bottles laying around in the mornings, all the exterior doors were propoed open throughout the night. And they charged me again after they said they didnt

I thought it was a nice hotel .Not their fault but the only thing that i didnt like is someone next to me had a dog that barked all night long

Service was excellent. It was very quiet. I didn't hear noise from any of the rooms next to mine. They provided juice and coffee. There was no creamer for the coffee.

Not as advertised at all. No lock on the door. We didn't get the type of room we booked. No breakfast as advertised.
