A $75 pet charge is ridiculous! We were unaware of the cost until we checked in…. We expect to pay $25-30 as a pet fee but $75 is really overkill! Either say no pets or get back to a more reasonable fee. I have been an Honors member for years & have stayed at many properties but not any more!

The property internet was down, which took 20 minutes to fix before we good get checked in, and the staff member was rude and unresponsive

Dennis the breakfast guy is awesome He goes above and beyond He is one of the reasons we keep coming back when we visit our son who lives in Omaha

2 complaints which should be readily remedied: Heater had a loud squeaking noise while running & pillows in my room were terrible— need to be replaced— I have stayed at this property multiple times— it is convenient, clean & has a nice breakfast

The air conditioner/fan made the most horrendous noise, so we couldn’t keep our room nice and cold. We didn’t let the front desk know, I didn’t want the hassle of moving all of our stuff! So we just didn’t use the heater or air conditioner. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Could use a coat of paint inside, so many scrapes on doors and walls. Also, we like a dark hotel room, light comes in from above the floor air conditioner/heater. Plus so much light from the hallway door. Overall good location and clean hotel.

The hotel was quiet and amazingly clean. They were kind and responsive to us as well.

The staff has restored our faith in old-fashioned values... going beyond basic customer service and ensuring the guests feel welcome. Without exception, every employee greeted us with a sincere smile and made sure our needs were met. The gentleman who runs the breakfast will take care of you!!

Our drain stopper for tub didn't work so we couldn't take a bath which we were looking forward to. Also I do NOT think our beds were queen. My daughter and I were way too close in bed. We always sleep together on our trips. The minute we walked in we said these are not queens. Terrell was awesome though a front desk. Very professional and welcoming.
