奧馬哈新維多利亞酒店及套房(New Victorian Inn & Suites Omaha)

Friendly staff,but really worn-out hotel. Cleaning staff seems do not understand what clean means. I was unlucky to have a room with some broken electrical supply, dirty tub and some other things that disappointed me. I don't know how this hotel got "excellent" rate. The breakfast was a cattle feeding. They said there would be hot breakfast, but the hot you got only gravy and coffee. Old dirty tables and assorted chairs. No rampant for wheelchairs. See pictures

Microwave was filthy There was something moldy on the floor by lamp Bed sheets & pillow cases inside out The pool was green and not in use A/C wasn’t working Comforter had a tear in it Never seen any staff except 1 at front desk Room wasn’t cleaned the 2nd night

Room was dirty, everything was broken, and there were random stains on everything. It was disgusting. I was too scared to fall asleep and didn’t even want to sleep under the covers. Thank goodness it was only for a night cause we left immediately the next morning. The front desk attended was nice enough I guess. Didn’t really say much.

bed sheets were dirty and stained a dirty towel was left on the back of the bathroom door and door handle. carpet was extremly dirty there was only 1 trash can and it was in the bathroom Tub was stained or dirty brown.

Great stay, our first ac didnt work and they immediately moved us! Would definitely recommend!!! Pool was great as well!

Although the room was clean (floors, tub, sink), the room needed a bit of attention. The towels were stained and had holes. Our king size room only had towels for one person (one washcloth). There was a hair dryer holder on the wall with no hairdryer! The toilet took several flushes to get toilet paper down. The selection for breakfast was sp**** and the juice machine was not working. The bagels were a bit stale. I’m glad we only stayed one night because it was a good price, but otherwise I would not have stayed there.

My second stay here in a month. Love the big TV at the foot of the bed. For the price, this place is great. Obviously don't expect a fancy breakfast, pool, workout room etc. Staffis friendly. Will stay here again.
