Candlewood Suites Omaha - Millard Area

Was a wonderful stay. Our room was great! The service was great! Would absolutely stay again!

Clean. No complaints. Really liked the "L" shaped table we could use to face each other to play cards. Real refrigerator and dishes/silverware were a delight. I'd return.

Very noisy fridge, Was startled every time the ice maker dumped ice or pumped water or started cooling

Clean, safe, parking lot well lit at night and front desk staff was friendly at check in. Bed was really comfy, nice shower with hot water. Only downside I noticed- that didn't apply to me for this trip- was the kitchen was missing things like silverware, a pot and other essential cooking utensils that would be necessary for an extended stay. There also is no ice maker in the hotel, only the ice maker in the freezer in the room which worked well for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the one night I visited while on the road and would recommend to anyone for a short visit.

The hotel personnel smoked often just outside the entrance so that you had to walk through a wall of smoke.

It was ok. I was not impressed or dissatisfied, just ok.

The staff was great but, my bathtub wasn’t cleaned.

We showed up after a Christian concert around 11 pm. We showered and got ready for bed. We received a loud knock around 11:30 saying there was a noise complaint about our room. Maybe we were loud, I am not sure, certainly not purposefully. The problem was the extremely loud knocking sound for 2 hours, starting early in the morning. That limited our sleep. The refrigerator makes a tapping sound the entire night as well. Beds and pillows are good. Shower is good.
