Nice hotel experience

Reciews were all over the board regarding this hotel so I called in advance to ensure the pool was open and to ask about the rooms being upgraded. The answers I received then matched the experience we had in our stay. This is an old hotel making a comeback and they are almost there. The lobby is really nice. The room was clean and appeard to have new fixtures though the room itself hasn't been updated. The pool is warm, very large, and we enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was ok. A little thin and seems to be missing some basics; milk, creamer for coffee, protein, even plastic knives... So good, but just short of sufficient. Like I said... it is a new ownership group working hard, but just needs a little more attn to detail to win more people over.

I was very unhappy with the cleanliness. My room was never cleaned during stay, elevators were dirty, the workout room was filthy and used to store cleaning equipment. Workout room missing most of weights, mats were dirty and torn, cleaning wipe container full of garbage. Did not provide breakfast- no eggs, potatoes or sausage as standardin most cases. provided one brand of cereal (corn flakes), yogurt, plain bagels, apples, and white bread. Apparently hot food is reserved for the weekend. Pool was unavailable. Gave it one stars instead of zero because staff is awesome. That said I understand it is under new ownership that fixed collapsing ceilings and overbooking. As it stands, I would not return

This property is pretty rundown. It was not busy and very cheap but the hot water barely ran in the shower and they had obviously done some plumbing work under the sink in the bathroom and never bothered to close up the broken wall. The room smelled smoky, even though it is a non-smoking Hotel.

It is spacious but matinance work in the room was very amateurish, calking was terrible but all in all the price was right.

The breakfast is very poor . Area around tge hotel has road closure and it is difficult to reach to the hotel.

Bar was closed, not that clean as expected, there was smoke smell all over the lobby which was uncomfortable. However, compare to price, was ok. Parking was good, room was very good and clean, swimming pool was ok thought I didn’t use it,

From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and great. The pool was big and awesome so it wasnt crowded with alot of people being in there

We have stayed here a couple other times before, this time was worst. Started at the front desk, i made my reservation for a handicap room cause I'm a leg amputee and upon checking in, the young lady asked if i would switch rooms and give someone my room who actually needs it. Very disrespectful. Got to the room and then found out it was a queen and not a king. We managed cause we didn't want to go back to the desk. Before arrival i asked for extra towels and a extra blanket, did not receive those. The room was just...okay. Stains on floor and curtains, bed was hard and pillows were to soft. Pretty nice size tv though. My wife wanted snacks that night and they have a decent sized shop by the desk that sells drinks and snacks, come to find out all the drinks but water were expired and the snacks they were selling were stale. Only thing that was remotely nice was the breakfast, even then it was very limited.
