This hotel is in need of an overhaul - the beds were nice and comfortable but ceramic tile in the bathroom, elevator, pool area all need to be replaced. Ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in quite sometime and the carpet was extremely worn. The staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your typical continental style and was what we expected. There was a sign to pardon their mess for remodel but the only room that looked like it was getting attention was a maids closet. It isn't a bad hotel, just in need of a makeover.

Had requested an early check-in as we had an appointment. When we checked in, we were told our room was being worked on - heater problem. Needless to say, we were unable to freshen up before our appointment. Rather disappointing. But the room was nice and toasty when we returned.

What happened to the hair dryers??? Not cool to go to a meeting and you can’t do your hair! I have stayed there many times before, with no problems. The shower was awful! You have gone downhill I feel.

Nice property with large rooms. The pool and hot tub are very nice and open until midnight which is really nice! Staff is friendly

Front desk lady was so nice! Breakfast was decent, hotel room was adequate and clean. My kid thought the pool was amazing, they would have played all night (pool hours were 6a-12a). Other than being a little chilly, the pool area was nice. Location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and highway but not noisy at all.

It was a nice and affordable place to stay. The room was comfortable. Some highway noise as our room was facing the highway, but not bad. The breakfast was good, standard hotel hot breakfast.

I liked nothing about the hotel and there certainly nothing unique about the place at all. Corporate really needs to do better on who they hire and staff and who they put In management to represent there place of business or investment. Because what I had experienced at this establishment your staff was unacceptable.

Overall stay was good. Doors to pool got stuck when we were trying to get out. Pool water was cold but hot tub was great. Room was nice. Clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
