新哈特福德萬豪TownePlace套房酒店(TownePlace Suites New Hartford)

The hotel was extremely nice And very clean. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room area. The bed was very comfortable . We were able to sign into the Netflix app on the tv which was convenient. The shower head was solid with lots of water pressure. The area was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this hotel in the future when visiting the Utica area again. Downtown Utica is about 10 minutes away while downtown New Hartford is about 2-3 miles away which gives you access to many restaurants choices.

Loved our check in lady! Couldn't check in early but on New Year's Eve that's not too surprising! They did get us in by 3! Loved the pool and the coffee/hot cocoa! Room was large and nice! Tv remote and heating was not working right but maintenance came immediately and fixed our issues! Otherwise very nice and we've stayed here before and will again!

I’ve stayed at this location several times. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is very close to shops and restaurants in the area.

The front end staff were very engaging and warm. The air conditioning in the room was sub-par as the hotel was rather warm. The breakfast was substantial and the pool was very nice. The 14" televisions scattered throughout the hotel were the only drawback.

short visit.Didnt arrive till about 9:30 pm and left by 9:00 am.Breakfast was not that enticing but room was very clean.

This hotel was perfect the rooms have anything you need from microwave to utensils & cups & extra towels

Excellent hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. However, the location and directions needs to be updated..they are incorrect and it took me a long time to find it.

The rooms are so small that when sofa bed is open, there is not even an inch between the bed and the sofa. Very inconvenient when Marriott sells it as a room for 3 people (we were travelling with our 15 year old daughter). Also, the sofa bed was very poor quality to sleep on, even for the 15-year old. The air conditioner was making very loud noises all night kicking in and stopping intermittently.

We had an amazing stay. It was nice that our children had a chance to go swimming. The bed was super comfy.
