凱藝酒店(Quality Inn)

Luego de una reserva de más de 8 meses, al llegar al hotel no había nadie, el hotel estaba cerrado y nadie respondía el teléfono. Me comuniqué a servicio al cliente y ni ellos tenían conocimiento de que el hotel estaba cerrado. Horrible experiencia.

Property is clean, room clean. However, the property is older, needs renovations/upgrading. There wasn't much of a breakfast area or any food. Tea & coffee i saw. Complaint (but not property fault) is ppl coming in very late or leaving early and slamming the doors making a very loud bang. Pillows are small and square & not comfortable. It wasn't a terrible stay but am used to nicer more updated surroundings.

Simple, one night stay while in the area for a friend's wedding. All was well here. Basic room. Very spacious.

Clean. Comfortable beds, if you like soft mattress. Staff not very personable. I wouldnt call their breakfast breakfast. Apples and mini muffin, juice and coffee. So if you are looking for basic, clean and comfy this is a good one.

We arrived a little early and was told that an early check in was an additional $30.00. I was a little disappointed, but we found something to do and just came back. Room was nice and it was pretty quiet area and surrounding rooms were quiet and not partying. I would stay here again.

Looked like room was just renovated so very clean. Only issue was no blow dryer in the bathroom.

Hotel itself was fine for what we needed it for. There was someone above us banging on the floor SO LOUD at 2 am which was very annoying but that doesn’t have anything to do with the property

Everything was very nice. The continental breakfast would be better if it had a few more options.
