I just figure for paying 200 bucks a night. That it would definitely not have a bunch of crack walls and unfinished floorboards and you can hear when someone close their door very well from your door or even if someone was walking outside. But the buffet was nice. I think if it was a fire in the hotel that someone in the elevator would be in serious trouble because they have a lot of coating inside of the elevator I'm pretty sure that it's would not be suitable for safety

Once I realized I can enter the property off of Milliken, I was goood. I love my overall stay and the breakfast. The lady serving breakfast English es broken, but she had us laughing. Her spirit was beautiful and uplifting.

The facilities were clean and esthetically nicely designed. The staff was courteous and helpful with one exception, housekeeping. We were told that rooms were serviced everyday unless the DND sign was displayed. We left early for an appointment, got around 5PM, and the room was never touched. No towels, no beds made, nothing. The pillows were very uncomfortable but the worst thing was the street and hall noise. Poorly insolated for sound control.

The front desk staff was amazing, the view of the lobby was nicely decorated. My issues come with the beds and the free breakfast. The bed was old and uncomfortable for both myself and my kids. The other issue is the free breakfast. The breakfast had very limited options and it was a serve once only, they also asked for room number and gave you only the number of plates they assign. They had scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with ham, they only gave you one option to choose from and you couldn’t combine both. They cook or server look rather disgruntled or frustrated which made the breakfast experience a bit worse. All in all if I am paying $300 for a night I expect a different experience.

Everything was very nice, clean facility, polite staff. Only complaint no water in my room and no place on premises to purchase water or snacks except the vending machine which was EXTREMELY overpriced.

We really liked the beautiful entrance & the staff was very polite & helpful. The "happy hour" food wasn't what we needex so we did not eat then. The room was very nice & we enjoyed our stay.

I travel about 3x a year to the Ontario, CA areA for volunteer board meetings at my old college in Claremont, CA. I look for a combination of amenities and value pricing. I’ve finally found one that balances both for me. The location is quiet, there is a gas station across the street for my rental car, they have a free 24hr shuttle if I didn’t have a rental car, the lobby, rooms, and other common areas are fresh and clean, the free hot breakfast was served fresh (not pre-packaged or bare bones continental), the eggs were cooked perfectly not over cooked, my king bed room was large with a bar sink area, microwave, mini-fridge. There’s a pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. Attentive staff. Loved this place and would highly recommend.
