Rooms are ok far from city center put lot money for auto for all needs for one root travell always 150 good cooperating staff

Location is near to ooty bus stand and opposite to rose park, so easy to reach. Food was average. Rooms were spacious but all rooms doesn't have city view as mentioned. Good service.

I want to summarize my reviews as below - 1. Location was ok, in front of rose garden. It is only worth during april and may ( the best session for rose. 2. Rooms are below average, washrooms are pathetic, only single mobile charging point in room. 3. Food quality & taste are also not good. 4. Towels are not available at the time of check-in ( rooms must be ready for check-in)

Rooms are good and service is also good. But do not include breakfast during the payment it is not worth it. Because when you include the breakfast fast they will just give idly dosa combo. If you ask any other items they will say it's chargeable. It's better to have breakfast by directly paying as you can order your choice of food. Feed back to the management is they have a waiter who has very bad attitude.
