Buono il soggiorno ed il servizio. Unica cosa l'aria condizionata non era in funzione in una giornata calda soprattutto di notte e, nonostante il reclamo alla reception, la stanza ha continuato ad essere calda tanto da non riuscire a dormire adeguatamente

Hotel, Lage, Essen ... alles perfekt auf die Kleinen abgestimmt.

Liebes Team des Familienhotels, Ich möchte Ihnen ein aufrichtiges Dankeschön für unseren unvergesslichen Urlaub aussprechen. Es fällt mir schwer, in Worte zu fassen, wie wundervoll unsere Zeit bei Ihnen war. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum Abschied war jeder Moment einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Annehmlichkeiten, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Vielfalt an Aktivitäten haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Unsere Familie fühlte sich hier nicht nur wie Gäste, sondern wie Teil einer großen, liebevollen Gemeinschaft. Questo Family Hotel è davvero unico va bene per tutti i tipi di famiglie, All’entrata troviamo uno spazio dedicato ai bambini dove possono giocare e divertirsi al piano di sotto troviamo un posto dove si può giocare ai video giochi, computer,Nintendo,PS4 e due giochi di corsa. Dopo c’è anche una palestra per chi si vuole mantenere in forma, Ci sono due scelte di ristoranti uno sul mare e il buffet e se si va a fare una passeggiata lungo il mare troviamo un ristorante con un po’ di tutto. Ci sono varie piscine una per i bambini sotto l’età di 3 anni una per i bambini più grandi con anche uno scivolo acquatico, Una piscina con la corrente e una alta 2 metri. Il mare era davvero bellissimo si poteva trovare dei pesci e diversi animali marini. Una vacanza davvero speciale!

Just returned home from a 7 day holiday with my husband, 3 year old and 1 year old. The hotel is excellent for children, play areas at every turn, kids club that takes younger children (most places I looked at only took children from 4 years old), loads of choice of food. The hotel itself is very clean. Our room was spacious and the balcony overlooked the sea and we could watch the sunset. Unfortunately there was no bath and my children hated the shower so that was stressful every time we washed them! Our room was also quite loud because it was right above the blue net in the lobby. The food was really good and there was a lot of choice. We paid for full board so our only drinks that were included were during breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was a bit annoying because we didn’t feel we could get water from anywhere, maybe there could be some water dispensers around the hotel? And maybe free milk as it’s a family hotel. My 1 year old definitely didn’t get enough milk during the stay. The only drinks during mealtimes were water, cola and juices. The outdoor pool was closed whilst we were there. I really wish we had been told this before we booked the holiday because if so we probably wouldn’t have gone at this time. The indoor pool was nice though. I had a hot stone massage which was amazing. We hired bikes with a trailer on to put the kids in which was fun and one day we took the water taxi into Rovinj. We also went to the hotel beach but the water was freezing. We had a really good time and I would definitely recommend to any young families.

Fantastisk hotell med flinke og vennlige ansatte. Alt designet med tanke på barnevennlighet. Minimalt med trapper og lett ankomst med barnevogn overalt. Blide og hyggelige ansatte gjorde at man aldri trengte å være redd for at barna skulle være til bry. Nødvendig med badesko på stranda da det er stein og ikke sand, men til gjengjeld meget renslig og man slipper sand overalt. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt dersom man ankommer med bil.

The hotel is superb in every way, and I already wrote a review for it. Yet, it could be more pricey during the summer. I am writing a new review because it has one serious drawback you should be aware of. After a 4-5x, we went to the hotel almost every time we got sick. The hotel is full of kids, and even though we didn't go to any place where there were a lot of kids (except the restaurant), we got some severe viruses (mononucleosis, rhinoviruses with a high temp for days, etc.). Many small kids are going through the food, sneezing, and coughing. Just to make sure you know about this, it destroyed our holidays a few times.

Beautiful hotel, good food but a bit boring, Rovinj was stunning would definitely go back but unfortunately the staff at this hotel were horrid. Had a disagreement with them due to being charged twice for a trip and they made out we wanted it for free lol, when they realised their mistake they never even apologised they ignored us and where rude at every opportunity, horrible last few days as we knew they gossiped about us when we passed reception Superior attitude was an understatement.
