歐佩萊卡伊克諾旅館(Econo Lodge Opelika)

When my guys arrived, the front desk told them that only 3 rooms were reserved and only let them check into 3 rooms. I paid for 4 rooms and am very disappointed in how my guys were treated, and am expecting reimbursement for 1 room!

Was going to use the in room coffee maker, there was slime inside the machine 😡 yuk

This was absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We checked out a day early. Book only if you are desperate!

The room was dirty. Cigarette burns and blood stains on comforter. Hair in the bathtub. Room smelled horrible

It was poorly stocked. Very very small. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in any hotel. Burns on the comforter. Bathroom was dirty she. We arrived. Easy to park and enter room

Room and property was very dirty. Several vital items broken and non-functioning in room. Staff made us walk around the outside of the building to access our room instead of allowing us to use the lobby (they had their personal belongings strowed all over the lobby).

The property was not worth my money. The room walls were dirty, baseboards and the shower curtain. The room has a smell and the AC unit look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The property is poorly maintained and represents nothing like the pictures.

We were very disappointed upon arrival to the property. The look of it was nothing like the picture depicted on *******’s website. We received the run around from the front desk concerning a cancellation and receiving a refund. Spokespersons for ******* supported the front desk’s position. After much time and agony, we were offered $25 to a $100 on another hotel reservation on the future. Why?! I had to call ******* twice to no resolve from the spokespersons. It was a nightmare.

Easy check-in. Felt safe. Comfy stay. There were no toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
