派希亞金絲蓋特汽車旅館(Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia)

The hotel was in a very good location with a nice view of the beach. The room that we had was a good size, with a nice balcony area that allowed the option of heading out to dine with a seafront view. The one drawback is that the road outside of the hotel is quite busy as it seems to be the main route through the town, but when you're inside with the windows closed you don't notice the traffic. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the hotel had the bonus of a gym and washing facilities attached.

Lovely seafront view motel, although a dated interior it provided everything required. Laundry facilities on site were very helpful and the breakfast selection was superb.

We were locked out of our room on the second day without any warning because apparently they wanted the final nights payment. Then we were locked out again at 7am on our final morning. No reason this time. Poor communication and aggressive staff. It left a bad taste.

Stayed in 408. Corner suite with views to die for. Outdoor furniture very tired but everything you need for any length of stay was provided. Had a number of unwanted visitors in the form of some kind of small black crickets on the last night, probably brought on by the rain that day. Other than that would definitely recommend. Easy 2 minute walk to Paihia shops and bars.

It was very noisy - cars parked outside the apartments so car doors slamming/ engines running early/late. Worse than that was the sound of coaches parked right outside your room with their engines running and filling your room with fumes. It was unfortunate as the room was convenient and very clean.

We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly. Our hostess Kyla at breakfast was so very helpful on things to do and see. Our room was very comfortable and we loved our view of the water in a Je. Suite.
