It was absolutely incredible. I’ve been there before but im telling you for someone that’s had a beach house there for years, no longer, this was the best. They treated us like queens. I’m so impressed. Hadn’t been there in years. Perfect. Had the best room, best service. I read someone right a review it was nothing special. I don’t know what they were expecting but it was the best.

Only had one working elevator for entire west wing, had to wait long periods of time just to get back and forth to room. Room was definitely not worth the price, pillows were standard pillows and uncomfortable beds. There was no door to separate the bathroom from the room just a wall. The resort itself is nice, but nothing special. Definitely search other options as the Hampton Inn seems to be on the same level room wise. Parking sucks unless you choose the “complimentary valet” option. I just expected more for the price that I paid. Wasn’t wowed at all!

Visited in the winter (November) and the resort was lovely. Nice beach access, great gym, clean rooms. The hallways AC was a little high, but I can imagine that is a huge bonus during the summer.

I booked this stay for my birthday and it was better than I could have imagined! The staff were so kind, it’s so clean and quiet, convenient with the restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to go back!

Property is great, clean and room spacious but the walls are apparently paper thin. Loud conversations in the hallway, housekeeping banging around even 2 people walking having a conversation could be heard loudly in our room, loud enough to wake up both up in the middle of the night.

First time here and it’s absolutely beautiful. The facility appears to be brand new…Everything is crisp and clean and well taken care of and it’s right on the beach! We will be back!!!!

The property is in a great location. The staff is amazing. I needed extra towels and they were are my door in 5 mins. The valet parking is complimentary which is great. There are restaurants located on the resort. Live entertainment by a great pianist Cedric who plays different genres. The hotel has the Wow factor w/ great direct views of the gulf.
The property is a 5 star rating. We Highly recommend you to stay here.
