The hotel is pretty clean for a budget hotel (no pests, towels and sheets were in good condition or new, smells fine, breakfast set up is clean). Perhaps request a room toward the back of the building or on the 3rd floor because my room toward the front was... ok. I've stayed here before and the room this time just seemed more used. I'll probably stay again due to its convenience to the hospital but request a different room

This property was nothing like it showed on the website The worker refused to change our room or fix the situation. I contacted ******* virtual chat and Tony didn’t help at all. I will never use ******* for any of my travel needs! This was the worst experience ever & it ruined my vacation.

I got here a bit late for check in, no one was around to check me in and the door was closed. 25 minutes someone comes in and helps me out after calling and ringing the bell constantly.
I stayed here for two nights. (Thursday and Friday)
On Monday I went to see my doctor since my body had so much itching, turns out I was attacked by bed bugs

I always love their spa tub. I can spend hours in tub .Its quiet. It's clean. It's affordable. 711/ gas station across the street. Restaurant all around

The property was nicely kept. But I didn't care for the woman that was working she accused me of stealing someone else's clothes out of the dryer. I couldn't dry my clothes. I had to take them to a laundry mat. She needs a lot better customer service skills.
