奧朗日奎斯特酒店(Quest Orange)

Checkin was easy. Reception sent us an sms to check if we need anything. On checkout day, we were given a late checkout so we can head to Orange Botanical Garden.

Staff were genuinely happy to see us, proactively offered services to make our stay easier without being pushy - well done. Room air con started before we arrived on an excessively hot day - thank you . Smartly designed storage and door swinging, luxury brands of consumables, great location, under cover parking and most outside noises muffled.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate every evening when returning to the Apar**ent. Warm and very comfortable with a quite a lot of room to move around in. very close to most of the restaurants and clubs,

Stayed here for two nights in July in a studio apar**ent on the third floor that faced the side street and only one night in September when we were upgraded (thank you) to a one bedroom apar**ent. Studio apar**ent was furnished almost exactly as the other two studio apar**ents we had previously stayed in although on this occasion the WIFI was not working well. No problem! A quick trip to Reception and the young lady gave us a different network and password to sign into. On our September visit we stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent again on the third floor but facing the main road. This apar**ent had the bedroom behind full length glass looking out onto the combined lounge/dining area. There was a king sized bed, with bedside tables on either side. There were also wall mounted reading lamps on either side. There was a large wardrobe with lots of hanging and drawer space as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV. In the loungeroom there was a sofa, a small coffee table, a large desk with a chair and reading lamp and lots of power and charging points as well as the wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area had a fixed bench settee, a chair a small round table and a free standing lamp. The kitchen had a large fridge, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso, toaster and lots of crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery including two sharp knives. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower (good pressure) as well as a washing machine and dryer. WIFI on this occasion worked very well. Everything was spotlessly clean. However what sets this place aside from others is the little touches from the staff and management - the calls before and after your arrival to check on whether there are any issues. The herbal tea on the bed to have before retiring. The free water to take on your travels when leaving etc. Excellently done.

My husband and I stayed at Quest Orange for 3 nights. Staff had great customer service, the welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise plus being able to hire the bikes for free (which included helmets), the room was very clean and bed comfortable. The WIFI worked well and it was easy to log onto our own Netflix etc. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Orange.

The accomodation exceeded expectations, lots of room, very good sleeping appeal, clean, tidy with a few extra treats made available on entry and within the room. The overall services and staff were amazing, friendly, polite and extremely helpful

Got recommended to stay at Quest Orange and I was very satisfied. Very convenient location if you have a appoin**ent at Orange dermatology. The 1 bedroom apar**ent was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend the Quest. I’ve never stayed anywhere where the hotel check on you after check in to make sure that everything is ok. Such a nice touch.

Our second stay here and standard is high, the place and rooms are kept spotless and nice touches are detergent and snacks, close to everything. Vending machine in hall near lifts actually works ! unlike many others that eat your cash and don’t deliver. Heating in room, tv, washer and dryer all work fine.
