Not the best neither the worst mattress is dirty floor didn't sweep fridge dirty no microwave no light bulb in the room those towels who knows how many years they have been using you guys can do better than that no body is paying their money to sleep in filty mattress dirty mirror dirty sink bathtub wasn't too bad

你睡覺的時候蟑螂爬在你身上，我們到那裡時房間很髒，床單和枕頭上有黑色的小捲毛。我絕對不會推薦任何人入住 Zen living suites。前台的人很粗魯，表現得好像你在打擾他們。

Absolutely disgusting. There were roaches everywhere. And a couple bugs is one tjing, when i say everywhere, i mean EVERYWHERE. yhey refused to let us switch rooms and i had my children with me including a one year old. Thry were crawling all over the bed. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for some bug spray. They couldn’t even provide me with that.

Filthy with roaches all over the place Definitely do not recommend

I was wanting to sleep in, I set an alarm for 10:30am because checkout is 11. I woke during the night about 3 times because I would itch and get up to see bug bites, I didn’t have a remote to turn the tv on or change the channel. The carpet had small holes and it was dirty. The bathroom looked ok, just the shower curtain was dirty and a wall fan was hanging from the wall. I stayed before in another room that didn’t have bed bugs. The lady at the front was not very helpful, asked for my ID and held her hand while still talking to a guy to the side, so I’m having to reach over the counter to give her a card. You put a deposit down before to be put in a room that looks like that.

El hotel da asco, y en la recepción fueron poco amables

Linen was dirty, bed sheets were dirty,toilet paper was in the floor,the shower curtain was dirty.

Dirty room with paint chipping, blood stains on the sheets but I always bring my own sheets. Broken drug pipe under the bed, i told the staff and left for hours, the pipe was still there when i returned.

My stay was terrible dead roaches all over the bed and floor , blood on pillow cases dirty sheets . A roach went in my sons (11 years old) ears my 87 year old disabled grandfather had roaches crawling on his face .
