Thought it was very clean. Did find a live aunt and spider in bathroom. They seemed to be dying so, it did not make me nervous. Coffee machine in room was broken along with a faulty hair dryer. The place served it’s purpose - - the breakfast, which I did not partake, looked very good, but we were off to Jacksonville for the Chiefs’ game. I would probably stay closer to the city next time, but also, I would probably stay here again, as it was quiet.

Staff was excellent. However, the bedspread smelled stale. Holiday Inn needs to think about changing it’s detergent brand and have something with more deodorant or fragrance.

You can always count on Holiday inn Express. They are always clean and the staff is always friendly. The only thing I wish they would update is there technology. You cannot stream TV apps on their televisions because they are not smart TVs. You have to have a Roku with you in order to be able to do that. And you cannot charge your phone if you do not have a cube to bridge the gap between your charger cord and receptacle. There are no places that you can directly plug in a charger cord without using a cube.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. I want to give special thanks to Joseph at the front desk. He was fantastic and is definitely an asset to this hotel and company. WBOhio

It's convenient and safe with a supermarket and several stores nearby. My parents stayed there and they were very satisfied

It was convenient and close to my son’s house. This is the only place we stay when we come to Jacksonville.

The gentleman that checked me in was great, made me feel like a welcomed and valued guest.
