Our favorite place to say when we’re around the area

Hotel bom , perto da universal com ônibus que leva e busca dos parques com opção de 4 horários , limpeza em dias alternados, café da manhã incluído com o básico que não muda muito e estacionamento grátis. Lavanderia self service em 2 andares com 3 máquinas de lavar e 3 de secar , custa 5 dólares pra lavar e 5 pra secar, só aceita cartão.. Achei que valeu a pena, o quarto é espaçoso e a cozinha ajuda bastante.

El hotel está magníficamente ubicado, fuimos por turismo a los parques de atracciones y en general la experiencia fue muy buena, lo mejor la ubicación sin duda, te permite llegar a todos lados en un momento y dispone de muchos comercios muy cerca para hacer compras. Lo que recomendaría es incluir algunos artículos de limpieza porque fuimos 6 noches y aunque no vas a limpiar de vez en cuando puede hacer falta cuando vas con niños.

Our room was not very clean. We found take out container in bathroom cabinet from previous owners stay. The freezer compartment in fridge was so full of ice the the door did not close. Garbage and food behind beds and couch that were not vacuumed in how long? Hallways were never vacuumed the week stay that we were there. Broken chips and papers in hallway on 8th floor. Front staff were good, Jacob was very friendly. Room service every 7 days? No wonder the rooms are never up to the hotel standard. Much improvement needed in this area!! One person in breakfast area in mornings. Not the friendliest. Messy area all the time. Restaurant food was great. Limited menu.

To call this an “exceptional” hotel is quite a stretch. The front desk personnel were outstanding for sure, especially Jacob. The pool reminded me of an econolodge, the gym was minimal, and the breakfast was your standard, mostly cheap carb loaded fare… coffee choices were regular and decaf. The room was clean and the beds were nice enough but it would’Ve helped to have the sink outside the shower/toilet area so one person could shave/brush teeth while the other showered and such. Elevator did not require a key so anyone could go to any floor.
