Helpfull personnel, good breakfasts, comfortable rooms.

They are doing renovations and remodeling. No mention of that until you arrive. They charged full price for the room. ( $350.00 Per night). From 5 minutes after 9 in the morning on Sunday till 430 in the afternoons the room was uninhabitable. The noise from the jack hammers was deafening. Talked to the manager. She said she would comp our brunch which was $78.00 a piece. And comp our valet. Well we went to brunch and they discounted a total of 22.36 off the bill and charged the full price for the valet. So in short the management is horrible and will never stay at a Kessler hotel again

Oh, btw top floors are under refurbishment incase constant banging bothers you and they won’t tell you this until you ask. Hot water was hard to come by in our room. Hotel is old, needs refurbished. Staff not very proactive. The Marriott just down the road is half the price, more modern, with better amenities. Hotel was empty but we were kindly offered to extend our checkout for a fee.

Check in line look 20 mins to get help. Service was rude and short at check in counter. Service didn't match the impeccable hotel. However, valet guys were awesome! Keep them!

We were expecting so much more from this hotel. We had a very old room (which is fine), but the bathroom fixtures were out of the walls in disrepair. The management team never reached out to me as was promised. It is a very noisy pool area and the pool was quite cloudy and frankly looked a bit scary dirty. This is an expensive hotel so please ask many questions before booking.

My husband and I were in Downtown Orlando for a concert. We arrived early to our hotel and the reception was very friendly and let us in our room earlier. We would definitely stay here next time!

The staff at The Grand Bohemian were incredible. So friendly! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We are already planning the next stay. The decor throughout the hotel was just perfect.

Grand Bohemian is our go to hotel in downtown Orlando. Ver convenient to the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, downtown and Lake Eola.
