入住體驗總體上是符合標準的，直到我意識到房間清潔只是按需提供，然後在第 3 天向禮賓部提出了我的要求。禮賓部的女士很冷，至少沒有幫助。她一直告訴我房間清潔要求必須在早上 9 點之前提交，我認為這對休閒旅客來說非常不方便和不友好。最後她勉強同意幫我換毛巾洗漱用品。這很有趣，因為他們在牆上有這樣的標語，上面寫著“如果您的住宿有任何問題，請告訴我們，我們會改正”。顯然這位女士不想讓它適合我。

We went to Universal and loved this hotel! We were thrilled with the hearty inexpensive breakfast, the great pool with cabanas, the tiki bar by the pool, the available washer/dryers, the quality of the food we ordered from the room, the comfort of the beds, the free shuttle to the parks, and the exceptional service of all the staff. In fact, we were so pleased that we found the Disney mid-priced resort very disappointing in comparison. We definitely got an incredible value and wonderful experience. We'd definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

Was woken up by getting bit by bed bugs at 2 am and the only thing they did was offer us a 7$ breakfast voucher. So we paid almost 200$ to be eaten up by bed bugs and we have video of all of it.

I did not like the bed. it was uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact that we would have to pay $15.00 a person for breakfast. WHAT CROOKS !!! So we decided to spend the rest of our stay at Laquinta, who has way more comfort in their beds, and a Free breakfast !

The staff was great , but the hotel was bieng renovated and there was alot of construction in the room rite next to ours, also the shower in room 305 has a patch that fell off the roof and the mold kept me sneezing.

I've stayed at other properties before and was very underwhelmed by the condition of the rooms. They were clean, but not anywhere as big and as nice as other locations. We felt safe, and in theory, I'm sure the rooms were nicer than at neighboring hotels in the area. Was just expecting more after my stay at other Hilton Garden hotels. I will say though the staff is WONDERFUL. Great interactions and helpful all the way around. That alone is worth a 4-star rating. If they update the rooms to match the ambiance of the front lobby, the hotel would be much nicer overall.

Our hotel stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and close to a major street and a major highway, yet nestled in a corner allowing for peace and quiet. The hotel and room were clean and spacious and lacked no amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and readily to assist in any way. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

We had such an amazing stay! The facility is well kept up. The rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms have full size body care items. The pool area was so nice! they have a hot tub, a fire pit, and a tiki bar. The staff was helpful but not very friendly, that's ok with me though. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we are def coming back!
