Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista

A hospedagem foi incrível! Chegamos às 2:30 da manhã e fomos super bem recebidos, nosso quarto estava pronto. Café da manhã supera as expectativas de café da manhã de hotel americano. Sempre tem ovo (mexido ou omelete), pão, alguma proteína de origem animal e waffle/panqueca. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. A limpeza ocorre de 3 em 3 dias para as trocar de toalha e arrumar a cama. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, fácil acesso aos parques. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo e conta com tábua de passar roupa, secador, cofre, frigobar, microondas. Como um lugar de descanso pós parques e dias cansativos atendeu demais as nossas expectativas. Com certeza, se tiver outra oportunidade de retornar, me hospedarei.

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was terrible. The fruit wasn't fresh. The oatmeal was the quick type and gone at 9 am. They only had white bread. Restocking didn't happen. The brown sugar and fruit bowl ran out. There was no coffee available except at breakfast. The furniture was old. Our couch was broken down and uncomfortable. The gym was the worst part! Only 2 of the 5 exercise machines worked, empty sanitizing wipe dispenser, and no water or towels. Everything looked dirty and the remote control to the tv had no batteries.

Worst experience ever. The power went out twice and the final time was at night. No ETA on when it would be fixed and claimed it was a city issue and everyone was out of power even though they were the only hotel on the street without power. Refused any type of refund as it was “not their fault”. We left around 11:30 that night as the room was getting extremely warm and we had a big day traveling and needed showers and a good nights sleep. Very disappointed

The staff was very nice but the property itself is extremely run down. Our room smelled like our Chinese food or curry whenever we walked in. The couch was gross and you could feel the springs in the cushion. There were stains on the mattress when the sheet came up. We were concerned because there was mold near the tiles on the floor of the bathroom by the shower. It is in need of a serious update/renovations. The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was rough. I would skip it even though it is complimentary.

Very unhappy with the comfort and conditions. This place definitely needs updating. The couch was so uncomfortable you can feel the springs when you sat anywhere that didn’t have permanent indents from previous guests. Same with the mattress. I didn’t sleep a wink the mattress was like sleeping on the floor. If you didn't sleep in the same position everyone else did its like sleeping on top of a hill then rolling down into the hole. Stained and dirty carpeting, clothing price tags on the floor from others. Kitchen garbage disposal didn't work, so my leftover salad was stuck in the drain. Very unhappy with my stay.

My wife and I checked into Hawthorne and were immediately taken aback by the lack of a/c in the hallway leading to our room. To describe it in a word, the place felt muggy. We got to the room and everything was just worn down. The shelf’s were worn the bed was worn, the carpet and chair were stained as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. My wife went to wash her hands and picked up the towel to find short curly hairs in it. Overall the place was not as clean as advertised and we ultimately decided to just check out to move on to another property nearby.

I purchased this hotel stay because it said it included a free breakfast but the employees told me simce it was a private stay it wasn't included. They also misplaced the Card Registration form which means they lost the first one I signed.

Habitacion super espaciosa y conveniente para un viaje familiar. Buena localizacion, cerca de parques de disney, International drive y de lugares para comer o ir de compras. El unico punto bajo es que el desayuno no es muy variado.

Pros- no daily charges or parking fees, convenient to restaurants, Disney and Universal. The rooms have a kitchenette. Cons- was awoken at 10:30pm due to water leakage in the room beneath us. Had nothing to do with us. The breakfast included was awful, the sausages and eggs looked like they were leftovers. We went out to eat instead. Hot tub was Luke warm. They charge for early checkin at 1pm. Also have a deposit.
