奧蘭多國際大道凱悦嘉寓酒店(Hyatt House Orlando International Drive)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I took off one star for the musty smell in the room and the sheets felt humid but the room was clean overall and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Concierge was great! We were given a free pass for the trolly and really enjoyed that. The hotel restaurant is exceptional. We enjoyed our meals and our time here. We travel a lot and make this hotel our go to whenever we’re staying on international drive. The location is great with restaurants and activities galore! There’s mini golf nearby and bargain tourist shops with really cheap eats at Cece’s Pizza (never went but saw it while on our trolley ride) or fine dining at Maggiano’s (exceptional cuisine) and everything in between. There’s outlet shopping off the trolley ride, too! Fun stay!

Have stayed here twice before over the last 6 years and been happy but on this occasion it is clear the hotel is having serious problems. The corridor outside the room was covered in plastic sheets and the wallpaper was rolled up on the walls. Obviously there had been a leak. Unfortunately our room smelt of mildew and mould and created allergy issues. The room was also not very clean when we arrived and they only serviced the room once during our 1 week stay. Stating covid as the reason! The breakfast is significantly diminished in quality and variety and all served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Very poor value for money. Will not be returning again. EVER!!
